You know what I really hate? Cauliflour. Seriously, I mean, who likes that shit? It's gross and it smells bad. All it's doing is trying to rip off brocoli man, and brocoli doesn't need that shit trying to step all over its territory.

I like Übermadness a whole hell of a lot. I like it because it puts out some really good writing. But the fact that most of it is rushed to fit the title, that kind of pisses me off, and takes away from the quality.
Begin rant.
Granted some of the UM posts are wonderfully awesome, I don't think that they should plague the heated list. I would rather see some posts from the normal people not in the contest up there. For instance, there are some posts that go unnoticed because it isn't on the reviewed list or heated list, because Madness is taking both of them over.

Those posts, I thought, were hilarious. I thought they should have gotten far more attention than they did. But it didn't. (well BigMike's did) The one flaw I see with ÜM is this. The better writers out there, if they want attention, might not submit their good stuff until Madness is over, just for the sake of the attention. I don't like that. People are holding back.

He meant that if you continually rated your own post in order for it to make Most Heated, i.e. if you had 13 reviews and decided to review yourself 40 - 50 times. He didn't mean just if you *made* it to most heated.
Captain Foamy's shit makes Most Heated because he knows how to push everyone's "Piss Off" button in his posts, not necessarily because he reviews himself over and over.

Either that or just don't read the posts. They are all cleverly marked with the uber madness logo so it's not like they are hidden and lurking in the shadows waiting to spring onto your monitor. That most heated list is usually crap anyway.

I had this thing written out and lost it all. So I settled with being short, and a fag, for that matter. I never though Ubermadness was gonna get off the runway, I guess you could say I expected it to explode in the hangar. But I really hate it, and herein lies the rub, because now the most heated list is plauged with UberMadness posts, which is a bunch of scrawl frantically trying to make sense along the title. Drives me nuts. I just can't wait until this is over.
