I recently got a chain mail letter that was an interview, asking how you felt about Michael Moore. How stupid. I hate this kind of shit, it bores the hell out of me. But since I had nothing to do, I filled it out anyway. I thought I would share it with you.
Please answer
Interview Questions
1.)What do you know about Michael Moore?
Michael Moore is a far left-wing Democrat who is a public anti-Bush advocate. He is the
author of four books, two of which have been on the New York Times Best-Selling list,
two TV series, and four movies, including the Oscar-winning "Bowling For Columbine"
and "The Big One", winner of Best Documentary at both the Denver and Aspen Film
Festivals.
2.)What do you think about the United States having sold weapons, including chemical and biological agents such as mustard gas, and anthrax to Iraq to use against Iran in the mid 70s-mid 80s?
The United States during the mid 70's and 80's was under the Presidential administration
of Richard Nixon, Gerald Ford, Jimmy Carter, and Ronald Reagan. It is unfair then, to
blame Bush for allowing the Taliban and Al-Qaeda to have possession of these weapons,
since neither his father, who was not inaugurated until 1989, or any of the following
Presidents showed any incentive to retrieve these weapons. In such a case, I suppose that
since Iraq was our allies at the time in the Iranian conflict, and because of their convenient
placement on the border of Iran, it was a strategically sound move at the time.
3.)In the days immediately following 9-11, the only planes that were allowed to fly over the US were Air Force One, any other Air Force jets, and a small private jet. This last one was carrying members of the bin Laden family out of the US to Paris, on orders from President Bush, so that the FBI would not be able to question them on anything about Osama bin Laden. Bush also ordered that absolutely no background checks could be run on them of any sort. Why do you think this was?
I was not aware of that ever occurring. If it did indeed happen, then it would be substantial
evidence for an impeachment, and perhaps imprisonment. In the case of a trial, the
prosecutions argument would be strongly supported, though not proved. There would still be the contention that they were leaving the country while it was in a time of upheaval.
4.)What do you think that you will like and dislike about the long-term effects of this Bush Administration?
I am not in favor of the Bush administrations politics on economy or domestics affairs, but
he is an excellent war-mongerer. While he has effectively removed Saddam Hussein from
office and shut down the Taliban and Al-Qaeda, our economy is worse than it has been in
years. National debt and unemployment rates are lower then they have been in twenty
years. Our standing in the global spotlight is lower than it has been since the 1940's, and
he turned the worlds sympathy at the 9/11 attacks into global outrage at his war with
Iraq. It was also discovered later that there were no weapons of mass destruction in Iraq,
supporting the theories that Bush had lied about his intentions and reason for the invasion.
5.)In some countries, especially in Latin America, the United States government has helped a dictator rise to power, often usurping a democratically chosen leader to do so. Some countries in which this has happened are Chile, Nicaragua, Iraq, and El Salvador. The US has also had many kind dealings with Osama bin Laden and a number of African leaders, some of whom have and still run genocidal governments. Why do you think we have done this?
Because the United States somehow benefited from it. Underlying many political decisions, there is money. I think that the government set these "genocidal governments" up because they thought they could be puppeteers for the newly inducted leaders. They may have also gotten a cut of what monetary benefits came for the coup.
6.)What is your take on the US arresting people of Middle Eastern descent, young men, especially, for question purely because of their heritage?
Because recently the Middle East has been the source of many alleged terrorist attacks, and paranoia is still in the air. Many people blame the Patriot Act for this, but Section 102 of the Patriot Act states that Congress condemns discrimination of Muslim and Arab American. I haven't heard of any distinct cases of this yet, but I'm sure it happens, and I don't approve.
7.)What are your views on the Iraq and Afghani wars that the United States has gotten into in the past few years? And after knowing that 1 in every 10 of our smart bombs has gone "dumb" and hit a civilian target, or even another country, then it's intended military target?
I suppose that 1 in 10 is a pretty good margin for how many we launched in campaign Shock and Awe, but it is always a tragedy when the blood of innocents are shed. Unfortunately, there is no evidence as to whether or not those civilian hits were preconceived or not.
8.)Why do you think the Bush administration is helping rebuild Iraq and Afghanistan?
It's the least we can do after fucking up their countries.

Of course, if I ever actually met George Bush I'd just smile and ask for his autograph.

You should take the time to write out a detailed suicide note explaining some brilliant way to kill yourself, and then do something easy like shoot yourself in the head. That way everyone will be confused, and you'll still be dead.

You don't read too well. I never suggested you were a democrat. I never affiliated you with any political party. I said the people would put you on the DNC mailing list. That's not close-mindedness. That's called reading comprehension.

Yes, domenad, your omniscience truly serves you well. I am not Democratic, not Republican, not anything, yet you seem so sure of yourself. Ah well, no accounting for close minded-ness.

Rest assured, your reply is going to have a huge red IDIOT stamp placed on it. You'll then promptly be placed on the Democratic National Committee mailing list, since idiots are often loyal donors.

FUCK BUSH.
FUCK CONSERVATIVES.
FUCK REPUBLICANS.
I pray for the opportunity to be able to slap George Bush. I don't even care if it's 20 years down the road, I just want to give him a good open palm across the mouth.
You only get a +1 for posting unoriginal information.

Don't post shit like this. It's not even remotely interesting. Also, not everyone on Ubersite is from America so this would be very uninteresting to them.
