What's up Uber? This is an "I miss you," post. I have been busy as hell lately. Infact, I have been so busy that I have not been writing anything at all. I wonder if my skills are diminishing. I have started working two jobs so I can get caught up on everything. My roommate, who is one of my best friends, up and moved out on me. He left out of the blue. I guess everyone has to better their situation, regardless of who it hurts. Consequently, he moved in with some people that he realized he clashes with and feels he made the wrong decision. It's ok, because I just found a bad ass one bedroom with a fireplace and washer and dryer, so it all worked out. I also wrecked my car. It was in the shop getting fixed for about 3 weeks. They actually replaced an entire subframe. You can't even tell she has been hurt.
My other job is waiting tables at El Chico. It turns out that I am a damn good waiter. So good, infact, that they have been talking about making me manager. I would be making between $30 and $36k a year. That's $6-12k more than I am making now. I can live with that. Plus, I get much more respect and would enjoy the job way more. I have been in my position for more than a year and have gotten one small raise and promoted from temporary to full time employee. With El Chico, they have moved me from server to bartender already. Sure, I have worked for a total of three El Chico's over a stretched period of time but still, they recognize my hardwork and actually value me as an employee. The only thing I am worried about is my record. I guess it just depends on who they do my background check through. I only have one charge and it's deferred but I am still serving probation, which means they can still easily find it in my record.
The band is trying to get back in full force but everyone is insanely busy. We have bought a $3000.00 dollar machine that has 12 live tracks and 247 virtual tracks. It has any capability a studio has and so far, our recordings have been coming out sounding really well. Some of the bigger Dallas bands use the same set up. We are working on redoing our demo and still finding a name. I have never been in an unnamed band this long. Maybe that's a good thing though.
Other than that, I have not been doing much else. Well, I have not had time for much else. Enough about me though, how is everyone doing here? Loki, Razor, Phinch, PMJ, Bart, LSM, JMG, Loren, Hidden, Lisa, Firefly, Mickginny, everyone else.....how are you guys doing?

JMG!!!! Congrats brother!!! That's amazing. I threw out the old script and restarted it. So far it's better but I have not touched it in forever because I have been so busy. It's still fresh in my mind though.
