This whole "banished" thing is getting WAY out of hand.
First of all, Fetish shouldn't be banned due to how he ranks. If he wants to give something a -2 then thats his buisness. I imagine that he (like everyone) ranks based on his opinions and mood. If 16 people liked your shit thats great, but someone might not and they have the option to say so.
There are people who actually enjoy Fetish's input believe it or not. Yeah, he's hit me with a couple of -2s I don't think I deserved, and its easy to write him off as an ass, but his opinions are just as important as anyones. In the grande scheme of things anyway.
People get upset when you say something that contradicts their own ideas. Fetish has almost become a symbol for dissent. Honestly I'd have to say that ubersite (just like the real world) is pretty intolerant of any diversion from the norm.
Come on people lets just get on with our lives.
Which brings me to my second point. If you really don't like a particular user just ignore them. Making stupid posts about how they suck only adds fuel to the fire. You think you're helping to solve anything? No. You're just part of the problem.

Ok, I'm going to add to this post one last time. About a week ago, I was looking over IHAKF's profile because I was comparing his to mine. We all do that sometimes. I remember being a little pleased that I had more hits than him by a small margin, like a thousand, but I also had more posts than he did by 2 or 3. We both seem to average 200-300 hits maxed out per post.
This week the numbers are all different and way out of proportion from a few days ago. Somebody must have got popular real quick. I can't accuse him of using scripts to boost his hits because I don't think he cares that much to do so. But something isn't right here I know that.
Thought it was useful info none the less.

Most businesses don't really vary their operations all that much from year to year.
Someone getting several times the average number of hits per post is a bit odd. Granted, this is not exactly a scientific sample and I'm way to lazy to actually run an analysis on it. I draw no conclusions and don't even have a hypothesis, it's just well yea odd.

Poly does raise an interesting question. Just for shits and giggles, I pulled up a few of my posts to check out the hit count. I have posts out there with somewhere between 30 & 40 reviews that have under 500 hits. He's got posts with 10 or so reviews and over 1,000 hits - odd.

It looks like I'm averaging 409 hits per post. Keep in mind that there are a few total fuck-ups on there where something wouldn't attach, but for argument's sake, assume that everyone has that kind of thing going on.

Several things;
1) I am all for free speech and democracy, but what is the point of a ratings system if people are only going to sabotage it? Personally, I think everyone should be required to take an intelligence test, and their votes should be prorated based on their score!
2) I honestly could care less about what ratings I get. If I did, I sure as hell wouldn't have posted this, as I knew it would get plastered with -2's, from IHAKF if no one else. Ratings may be ultimately meaningless to the end user, but which post are you more likely to read, one with a rating of -.8 or one with a rating of 1.8 ?

I agree. I take the same perspective Envenom takes to posts, if I don't like the looks of it, or whatever...well I don't review often, but at least I offer mostly constructive critism. I don't think that's what this chump does. He goes and gives minus twos wherever he pleases. Imagine if I started doing that? I don't, because I respect people on this site, and I don't rate their shit if I'm not interested in it. If I end up hating it, sometimes I'll give a negative review, but if it makes me laugh, like a Habeeb post, or it's very good, I'll give it a positive rating and review.
Kristen_Fetish just goes and gives them wherever he wants, and he should really calm down, because in the beginning, his username was just stupid (I made my own username which no-one else has thought of taking), and he just made an adaptation of Kristen's username. Plus he gives minus twos, and acts like a bitch. Grow up, mang!
