The room was light with the morning sun as Mark Randal sat at his desk. Earlier he had awoken to the sound of his dreadful alarm clock that let out a high pitched shrill at the designated time. He sat up and slipped his feet into the pair of slippers at the base of his bed. He stood up and walked into his bathroom. He took off his shirt and underwear and stepped into the shower. The cold water felt good to him as he was reminded of the warm blood that splattered onto his body the night before. He could remember the woman screaming for help as he slit her throat with his cold steel and pilfered her purse.
That was all behind him now. The cold droplets of water washed the acrid aroma of the blood away as he removed the thoughts of last night. No one ever suspected Mark Randal to be a murderer. He came to work every day on time and worked hard in his cubicle to make his daily wages. He worked harder than anyone else at the entire telecommunications company, but no one noticed him. A few people would pass by and say hello; most would not. Some wondered if he wanted some water on the hotter days, but only if they wanted some as well. No one did anything for Mark, and he worked hard for everyone else.
He didn't have the patience anymore. His mind was filled with thoughts of murder and theft. He masked his evil eyes with his hard working attitude so that no one would suspect him, but that wasn't to last long anymore. It was indeed light that morning.
Robert Hannal was going out to lunch and Mark asked him kindly, "Could you bring me back a sandwich and some chips please?" Robert didn't hear him as he was almost out the door to the stairs. Mark didn't realize this and followed suit. He reached into his sports jacket and removed his dagger. When he had caught up to Robert he didn't wait for an explanation before thrusting his dagger into the man's uncased skull. Robert fell to the floor and the thud echoed through the corridor. There was a woman at the top who heard the thud and realized someone was hurt. She looked down through the gap between the stairs to see Mark with his dagger and Robert drowned in a pool of blood. Mark noticed the woman as she screamed and hurried up the stairs to remove the witness.
Before he could get to her she had opened the door to her floor and called for help. Mark didn't care as he caught up to her, wrapped his arm around her middle and gutted her. He then began to run. He ran up the stairs and came to the roof. Security was not far behind him. He stood back to the wall at the entrance to the roof and as security passed the threshold, he slammed his steel into the chest of the man. He fell, but not before getting a shot off into Mark's leg.
Mark couldn't walk anymore. He slowly trudged to the edge of the building and propped himself up against the edge platform. He could hear sirens drawing near and in a short time the police were on the roof. They held him at gunpoint and two men slowly stepped towards him. The first man to arrive read him his rights and placed him under arrest. The second asked him why he did it. Mark responded, "I kill people in my spare time." With that Mark took his remaining free hand and grabbed the dagger behind him, impaling the officer who cuffed his left arm through his eye. The man who asked him the question opened fire and Mark was no more.

You aren't spiting me, or else I wouldn't have given you +2.

Just getting tired of the "I kill people in my spare time" shit.
Maybe if you are a real killer with true accounts I will read. While you are behind bars, of course.
I put the above in another review just today. Was that coincedence or did you take my phrase.
Anyhow, I liked the story.
