I think I might just have to call Sprint and complain about their photo-editing software.
They're trying to say my ass needs to be enlarged... it's pleanty big enough as it is, I'd say.
(and yes, I went through a lot of trouble taking a picture of my ass for Urbane... and this isn't the one I submitted... so you can still look forward to another ass-shot!).

nevermind. i just got it to work with XP. i am now sitting by my pool with my laptop, using XP to connect to the Internet on my cell phone as i type this and i didn't have to buy any crappy software to do it. my buddy uses Linux to do the same thing, and he has to send a ping out every 8 seconds to make it stay connected. XP keeps the connection just fine and i'm connected at 115kbps.

XP is pretty sweet. It's to the point now that I don't even notice the differences between my old 95 and this... until I try to use my parents computer, and it just seems like EVERYTHING is more difficult and cumbersome.
Seems like there is always an anti-microsoft or anti-xp camp. It's like Goths for Geeks!

excuse me? what in the fuck do you know about XP? not a goddamn thing if you think it sucks. it took me a long time to actually install it because i was a bit wary of it myself, but i've discovered a shit ton of pretty cool things it can do (like making a network bridge with just a couple clicks, for example). about the only thing i have to run Linux for right now that XP wouldn't do is make my cell phone work to connect to the Internet. and even then, i know there's a way to do it without buying some crappy software, but i haven't figured it out yet.
so tell me, mr. super-user, what is it about XP that sucks? let's hear it.

Linux just looked way too confusing for me. I shouldn't say that, because it makes me look stupid... expecially on top of the fact that I can't get photoshop to work now.

aj, I had a copy, but then I reformatted, and I lost it (yes, I did try to save it to cd, but I did it wrong, apparently). Then Herpes sent me a copy, and I can't open it because it's some stupid .rar file. And then I downloaded winrar to be able to open a .rar file, and it wont work. None of it.
so yes, if you want to send me a copy that will actually work, I'll take it!
