DENVER - University of Colorado lawyers sought Wednesday to dismiss an alleged rape victim's lawsuit that triggered a scandal at the school. In a court filing, university lawyers asked U.S. District Judge Robert Blackburn for a summary judgment against Lisa Simpson, who claims she was raped by football players and recruits at an off-campus party in 2001. The woman has agreed to allow her name be used in news accounts.
