It's not copyright infringement as the games I have are either open source, abandoned or the author explicity let's me use it on the site.
I don't see how this message is spam. Since the site doesn't advertise or have advertising in anyway (which I can't say about any other arcade), posting to suitable sites is the only way to get the word out. Most of the time the fans do it, but when posting takes a minute like here, I don't see why I'd let the oppurtunity pass on by.
I don't see how me telling you to go to it or someone random telling you to go it has anything to do with anything.
