I'm sick of paying a third of my wages in taxes to feed and clothe the peasant underclass aka chavscum, rudeboys, pikies. You know the kind, they live in council houses, they have 3 children while they are still children themselves, they collect all the benefits they can and if they do any work, it will be off the records, for cash in hand.
I understand that in a capitalist society there are going to be different levels of wealth. Some people are going to be poorer than me. They may need some financial assistance.
Okay, I don't mind helping those less fortunate than myself.
In return they should be on their fucking knees thanking me for giving them a roof over their heads, for paying for their demonspawns education.
But no, they're full of attitude and lip. They think they 'deserve' all the handouts they get, they're rude and obnoxious to all the people who work for a living and ultimately provide for them.
I say bring back the feudal system, at least the serfs knew their place.
I live amongst pikies and rude boys. There are two council estates in my road, there is a mix of council houses and private houses in our street. The road behind us is completely full of council houses. The entire area is full of chavscum.
I can't bear to go into my garden at the weekend because I don't get any peace and quiet. They're all shouting and screaming at each other. I go to the local shops and they have no patience. They can't even bear to queue for a minute.
Example - today, I am picking up some groceries. Chavscum girl shouts to her friend,
"hurry up"
"I'm going as fast as I can", says Chavgirl 2
I'm standing in front of Chavgirl 2 in the queue. She says to me
"do you mind if I go first" (at least she had enough manners to ask)
"okay, if you're in a hurry" I reply. She only has two packets of crisps.
Male chavscum walks into shop with his equally pikey friend.
"how's your baby's mum? You've had a second one aven't ya?" chavgirl 2 yells to chavboy
"I'm not wiv my baby's mum no more but yeah we 'ad a second one" replies chavboy.
Chavboy waits behind me while I buy my groceries. He only has some packets of sweets. He looks no older than 17.
Chavboy kisses his teeth, unable to wait 2 minutes for me to pay for my shopping.
"Why don't you open another till, in the adverts you're meant to open another till if there's a queue" complains chavboy loudly.
There is only myself being served. Chavboy waiting behind me is the 'queue'.
What the fuck is his problem. What the fuck is he in a rush for? To get back to his scummy shitty home which probably has more bedrooms than mine, to eat his fucking sweets.
CUNTS!
And another thing, if they are all so poor and living on handouts why do they wear more bling than Mr T, why do they have newer clothes than I do? They produce more babies than the alien mother in Aliens. If they can't afford to look after themselves why bring more of their kind into the world?
I say neuter them like dogs. Feed them to the homeless.
Honestly, what is their purpose? It would be different if they were the working class, if they did a job, even a menial job, so long as it contributed to society. But no, they leech off tax-paying workers, they breed, they're rude, rough and abusive.
The peasant underclass should learn to be grateful. Because, when I rule the world, I'm going to nuke the fucking lot.

My parents live in Lower Earley, so I know all about Reading being shite.
I even know Staverton road, I learned to drive in the hole that is whitley, used to work at the MCD's in the shadow of Madjeski.
The worst part is the damned Oracle which attracts the chavs from all over, not just reading. Still undecided whether Reading is worse than Oxford, but we shall see.

i am a very tolerant person but i can't stand these people...
when I was young my mom and I were in line at a grocery store. there
were two very large, very well kept black ladies in front of us. They
had the gold earrings, huge gold chains, fake nails, you name it. They were
buying lobster, shrimp, steak tips, tons of other stuff.... and paid with food
stamps. here's my poor mom working 2 jobs to raise us four kids
who had to wrap up nickels to buy milk and cereal. she turned to me and
very loudly said
"and this is what we could have if i chose to leech off
society". I'll never forget that....
i noticed on my pay stub that they take out

I suppose it is fair to think that just because someone i one welfare that they are trash who should be disposed of.
Maybe where you are from all people who use goverment aid are terrible people, but I find that hard to believe. I do not think you are a horrible person, but it makes me very sad that people find it so easy to judge people on welfare and just decide who these are without knowing. In America, atleast there is alot more than outside appearances, yet people won't hestitate to judge someone who needs and openly asks for it. I am sorry if you think it is disgusting.
I realize that there are some people who abuse the system, but so do the rich. I hope you have or are intending to right a post complaning about them.

The words 'Peasant' and 'Serf' mean different things!
Peasant is essentially someone who works off the land, generally for subsistence but occasionally for profit. They are characterised as superstitious, backward and uneducated... therefore, a farmer is NOT a peasant. Peasants don't really exist in modern Western society, except Chavs, which should be shot.
Serfs are peasants also, but they differ in being OWNED by a landlord/nobleman/church/nation and being forced to work primarily for them, with their own plots of land on which to grow what they need and rear their own livestock if necessary. They do NOT have to be employed in agricultural labour. Serfdom differs from Slavery in that A, Serfs have a modicum of control over their lives, B, they have to essentially 'rent' the land on which they live by either working for their landlord or paying in money or in kind, and C, they have to provide for themselves and their families whereas slaves, in general, don't.
Anyway, I was fortunate to live a large period of my childhood in a nice, suburban, residential street in a small village near a Home Counties town. Then they built a council estate backing on to this nice, quiet, suburban, residential, private street and all the chavs now think it's great fun to use this once nice, quiet, private road to race along in their 'cars,' keeping the rest of us awake all night. What's such a shame is that all the nice, quiet, suburban, village families had what were nice, quiet, suburban village children who all (except me, but, unfortunately including my sister), decided this was THE thing to do... Great. Coming home from University to find your 17 year old sister harbouring stolen goods in your bedroom is fantastic.

jcricket. Thanks for your comments. Hopefully it is obvious to most people than when I talk of castration or 'feeding them to the homeless' I am exagerating out of anger and for comedic effect.
However, I think that the government *is* too soft on those who abuse the benefits system and the following measures should be put into place for the UK, (which as far as I can see would not infringe their human rights).
* Even though contraception is free on the NHS, Contraception should be made MORE available, this could be carried out by every council estate having 100 condoms delivered every morning. Or the morning after pill available without prescription from the pharmacy. The expense of condoms is far less than the expense of one chavchild.
* If a chav girl gets pregnant BEFORE the age of 16 and the 'father' is 16 or over, he should be prosecuted TO THE FULL EXTENT OF THE LAW. Too often, the police and social services turn a blind eye to underage intercourse, EVEN THOUGH it is illegal, and all too often this results in teenage pregnancies.
* If a chavgirl gives birth she should NOT automatically be given her own council flat. I would make all mothers wait until their THIRD child until they are given their own place to live. Too often these girls need their parents to help bring up the kid anyway, to stay at home would be the best thing for them. And if they realised they would have to be mother to three children to be given their own home, they might not get pregnant so quickly the first time. Either way it would reduce demand on council property.
* As Hair and others have said, make those who receive benefits WORK for them. If they're not working they should be signing on EVERY DAY, not once every fortnight.
Regarding pregnancies let me give you an example of the system being abused. A friend of mine was in his final year of University and met a chav-girl at his local pub. He should have known better but he got her pregnant (she probably lied and told him she was on the pill).
As soon as the baby was born she moved into a one bedroom council flat. My friend moved in with her and wanted to marry her. She dumped his ass. Five years later who looks after their son full time? HE DOES! She got her foot on the council property ladder and is probably enjoying her four bedroom detached house with maybe another couple of kids from different fathers.
If she had to wait until she'd had 3 children before being given a place of her own, she might have kept her legs crossed.

but it's kind of hard to tell the difference sometimes between the people who are clearly milking the system and the people that actually need the system to survive.
someone made a comment earlier about cutting the welfare programs and spending money on education at the bottom levels. I'm in complete support of that.
i'm not too sure about castrating folks though to prevent them from procreating.
the US was one of the pioneers in a little thing called "eugenics" in which they kept the "unwanted" from breeding.
they helped pioneer and spread the idea around the world.
that is, up until a little feller named hitler caught on with the idea.

Firefly, chavscum aren't just people who are having a tough time, they are people who abuse the system... the people that make a lifestyle out of the social services.
In Australia, we introduced a work-for-the-dole scheme, it's funny how many of these people have since found full time or regular part time work and are off the dole... money for free seems to be a way of the State encouraging the poverty cycle.
In places like the UK and Australia, where the social services are far more mollycoddling than in the US, the poverty cycle deepens even though there is no reason not to go to school or university - the amounts of support services that I pay up to 49.5% of my income in tax for sure make up for a whole lot of services.
Yes, on a sliding tax scale, I pay up to 49.5% of my income on tax, and there is a 10% GST on all I buy - with tax rates like ours, I don't take well to people who abuse the system.
The people who need it, on the other hand, are more than welcome to it. They aren't chavscum.

My idea is if you are collecting government money, you should do community service of some kind. Can't find a job? Have assignments such as trimming bushes at city parks, picking up rubbish, etc.
Disabled? I'm sure your town has some envelope licking or filing you can manage. Why do we tolerate free handouts when there is plenty of work that needs doing?

All these scum know is to TAKE from society and not give anything back. To add insult to injury they are rude, impatient and aggressive.

Amazing how fast they'd find 'proper' jobs and not need benefits anymore after being forced to work a 40 hour shift collecting refuse.
I don't think that welfare is a bad thing in itself. But these people should be grateful for it, they should not spend food stamps for their countless children on alcohol for themselves. The government is too soft. Castrate them. Why should we have to pay for their selfishness. Why should their children suffer and ultimately repeat history?

FYI firefly, since you don't appear to know me after the two years or however long I've been visiting this website, I grew up poor, my mum received some benefits after my dad died when I was six years old, such as a widows pension which she used to buy food and to give me and my brothers some pocket money, she also worked various jobs ranging from veterinary nurse to cleaner to school dinner lady to receptionist to provide for us.
I wore charity shop clothes, hand-me-downs from my cousins, clothes from market stalls. I also worked from the age of 12 or 13, paper rounds, dog walking, whatever I could do to help.
Contrast the working class (which I came from and have no problem with) to the absolute filth who spend their entire lives living off the taxpayer, who buy 'designer' sportswear, who steal my neighbours car, who break into my house (Dec 2001) and sell my jewellery down the pub to pay for their drugs money.
What sympathy should I have for them?
They are trash and should be disposed of.

Anyway, I can't believe you actually have some chavscum at your University. Quite an achievement for any chav, at least they are trying to better themselves. The thing is it's not about race, it's about mentality. In England we have white and black and mixed race 'trash' in the states you have your Mexicans, but I'm not going to tar any particular race with the chav brush.
Anyway, back to the subject in hand. I fucking hate them. If I open my bathroom window (which overlooks the garden) all I can hear is dogs barking, babies screaming, young chav children shouting at each other, adult chavs arguing and using noisy electrical tools on their sooped up bangers (cheap as shit cars which they 'modify' to look even less classy).
I have no idea how we're going to sell this house. The buyer's will have to be desperate.

the problem is horrendous in America, too. you should see how bad the Mexicans are close to the border here. absolutely disgusting.... they spend money installing stereos and putting hydralics and stupid rims and tires on a rusty '85 cavilier instead of spending that money on something important like an education or on the numerous welfare babies they have. they keep popping out babies to keep collecting more welfare. i've seen plenty a Mexican try to buy beer with foodstamps with their ten kids standing with them in dirty, tattered clothing, and dirt smeared all over their faces. i can't believe a portion of my paycheck goes to these people. i say let them die in a gutter, because i want to buy another laptop with that money, which is a hell of a lot more important to me than their worthless lives. it really sucks when they hit your car with their cars, which are usually old pieces of shit that are built like tanks, and they don't have insurance. you get fucked right up the ass. the worst is when you see a mother in a grocery store buying government cheese and diapers with her WIC, and she walks out to her brand new SUV that cost twice as much as mine, and it has 20 inch chrome rims and three LCD screens in it. yes, the same woman with three welfare babies running along behind her that just bought a few items with food stamps. the worst part is i'm not exagerrating and this happens more than you think. i hate this place. every bus stop has a bum wearing an old air force field jacket and a teenage girl with five kids (father not included).

It took me a minute to realize you were talking about all the Gangsta-Bitch-Barbies and Baby-Daddies I see all over my old neighborhood and living in the projects. Heh... I guess everybody has scum like that floatin' around, but it's kinda cool to see the nicknames you guys give them over there across the pond.
Oh, and lay off Lojope. She's working like 3 or 4 jobs and living at home with her parents just so she DOESN'T become a leech on society. I don't agree with everything she's about or some of the decisions she's made, but she's sticking to her guns and doing what she can. That's more than I can say for my own family. I've got relatives that've been raping the Boston welfare system for DECADES. Fuck welfare. PAS, I thought like you until I moved to Hampstead. Thereafter, I never set eyes on any chavscum again, and gradually managed to forget.....Nothing worthwhile lies in Camden or to the West thereof, so as long as you confine your activities to St. John's Wood, Regent's Park, Mayfair and Kensington you should be fine.

Working in the healthcare field, I see the bottom of society's barrel on a daily basis. If only the American taxpayers knew how much they were spending on other people's families (i.e. pregnancies, emergency room visits, food stamps, etc.) there would be a revolution. I never quite understood why a young, unwed pregnant woman automatically qualifies for Medicaid. What message does this send? "Have as many children as you want, we don't mind paying for you and your five kids non-contributing asses." A self-perpetuating cycle that will never end. Especially popular amongst minorities and Lojope.

Actually, there were no Serfs in Stalinist Russia, they were emancipated in 1861 by Tsar Alexander II. Approximately 65 years before the Stalinist Period. And serfs are part of feudal systems. Christ. Whoever claimed that - where did you go to school, exactly?
