This guy... I fucking hate him. Everytime I see him smirk knowingly about how bad Bush is, it makes me want to vomit. He doesn't give a shit about America...He's lucky he can make so much money off of such shitty, one-sided films.

Stop it Moore haters, stop repeating your daddie's views on everything and get your own. People like Moore because he brings important issues into the mainstream, issues that American media wouldn't dare touch because they'er to busy sucking corporate cock. Did you ever notice Moore haters never try to argue the point of Bowling for columbine, thats because its completely above them, they see a fat ugly man talking about America, but not in the propaganda soaked, rhetoric filled, bullshit style, that most Americans use to talk about America, but in a so called Un-American negative way. This pisses them off because they'er brains cant register (being bombarded for years with propaganda will do that to you) negative comments about America as anything else but hate for the country, they cant fathom for an instant somebody saying they love their country then pointing out its faults as a positive thing. They dwell on the medium and not the message, search through right-wing blogs like Bowlingfortruth.com (a site by the way which has no credibility) for anything to justify their irrational hatred (oh and it is irrational, don't kid yourself for one second into thinking you make a lick of sense) for Moore then wave whatever little useless factoid they found above their head as they call for the death of Moore.
Mothyham maybe I'm judging you all wrong, maybe you did understand the message in Bowling for Columbine, and you just totally disagree with it but I doubt it.

Just skimmed that website. As I said before, film isn't great for this kind of thing, and that site makes a pretty persuasive argument against Moore. But its more a criticism of his methods
(editing, deceptive questions, bias) than it is an indictment of his ideas and questions.
I still feel there is some worth to what Moore does, bringing issues into the public eye. From what I see in blogs and suchlike, there really are very few people in your US media who really do that. And you're right to criticise Democrats too, the whole US policital system seems pretty rotten to an outsider like me.
Afraid I must bow out, as I'm 5 hours ahead here and should probably get some sleep.
Maybe Johnson will keep your ascent to Most Heated on track.

First off, your post sucks. It's not discriptive at all and makes you sound stupid.
With that said, let me also tell you that you are right. Michael Moore's films are WAY too one-sided. I mean, I agree with the man, but he uses really awful tactics.
EXAMPLE:
If you watch "Bowling for Columbine" he edits two of Charleton Heston's speeches together to make it look like one speech and twist what he's saying to sound sinister and evil. Thus, Moore tries to trick the audience into hating Heston more than they should.
Michael Moore is a guy who I think honestly did feel something for the left at one time, but now has just become some fake poster-boy commie.

its a little rich for you criticise proclaiming lies as truth.

The statistics, the events, the people he met, were not all faked.

Moore is undoubtably become the champion of trendy-leftism... which is a shame, really, as he can be quite funny. That being said, his writing style is risible, and I recently had an argument with my lecturer, who said that 'Stupid White Men' was the best political text since 'Rights of Man'. Which is so laughable it makes me wonder how she got a job teaching English Literature.
Still, a nifty little hate post would have been nice, there's (justly) so much potential for Moore-bashing, and you've only skimmed the surface.

Ok, nobody is perfect, including Michael Moore.
However, He is really telling the truth. You may not like him personally, but he is speaking the truth about Bush.
If you think that his film are one sided, How about the Bush camp and the way they have manipulated many parts of the media? (Disney trying to block Michael Moore's film release, Not wanting the photos of military caskets to get out to the public, lying about their being weapons of mass distruction in Iraq, etc. etc. etc.) Isnt Bush limiting civil liberties to silence his opposition one sided? Arent Bush's lies even worse?
