I have waited so very long to finally be able to post this message. We have been in Iraq for over a year and it took about twenty minutes for the liberals to claim that Saddam was entirely misunderstood and it was obvious he had destroyed his Weapon's of Mass Destruction like he promised to do. I don't blame them, what in Saddam's past could possibly lead them to believe that he might not be a man of his word. Of course the fact that no weapons of mass destruction had been found was a clear and concrete indication that there were none in Iraq, a country of merely 169,235 square miles. It should have been clear that since it only took a year to find Mr. Hussein, a living, drinking, eating, and communicating object, that it would be a walk in the park to find a few metallic, inanimate missiles. But much to the misfortune of liberals everywhere, the first solid proof has arrived; now it will only be a matter of time before we find the bigger objects. So finally I conclude with my inevitable message of: "Fuck you liberal. How dare you question those charged with securing America. You would have rather Saddam have weapons than had a Republican in office. Fuck you." (Boy is this going to be chewed!)

I just read an AP article detailing the discovery of a barrel that contained upwards of 7 crudely sharpened sticks. Clearly the threat is far from removed.

I'm still baffled by the idiocy of this. Ever crossed your mind that this weapon of roadside destruction could be U.S. made from the 80's ? Or that it's just a small incident staged (nobody was killed) to give a boost to Bush's tanking approval ? If you love your country so much, did you ever considered slitting your wrist to ameliorate its gene pool ?

Did it never occur to you that this "discovery" might just be a little suspect in that the news of it broke ONE DAY AFTER the worst poll ratings ever received by the President were made public?

Do you really think that finding one wmd gets Bush off the hook? He claimed they had stockpiles of WMDs and that he could (and would) use them at any time.
Think about that. The US invaded his country... and they didn't use any WMDs to defend against it. Up until now, over a year after the war began, there hadn't been any WMDs used.
To borrow from Matthew Good's blog, (www.matthewgood.org):
"[On CNN], While there was no direct report that the shell signified the discovery of WMD's, a US military spokesman was quoted as saying that there is a possibility that a cache of WMD's still exists and that they may be used against US forces.
If that were the case, then why haven't they been used? If the dissidents in Iraq, or even the dreaded al-Zarqawi, had access to sarin gas (which is lethal enough for one drop to kill a person), why wouldn't they have used it in an attack on coalition forces or a command target?"
Let's just hope that this is an isolated incident.

You're about to get your taste of what the libs are really about - they wouldn't care if Saddam had nukes. They hate Bush, no matter what. Bush could resuscitate a crippled midget in the street, they'd still hate him, because they're selective patriots. When there's a democrat in the White House, they love America and would do anything for it. When there's a Republican in the White House, the US is right next to Nazi Germany in their eyes.
