Every time I try to calm down, take a breath, and rationalize all I see is red. I'm too pissed to think. I have no idea what to do, but I know I better get a grip before I kill the bastard.
I was driving my little sister around before her junior high graduation dinner-dance, partly because I'm a nice guy, partly because she's paying for the gas. We pick up her dress, and I take her to get her hair done and chill in the salon for 2 hours. Along the way we catch up on the happenings of the last year. I tell her some of my college stories, she talks about how all her little girl friends think I am mad sexy; you know, just shooting the shit.
While talking about how her little friends want me I jokingly said something about how I should trade Andrea (my girlfriend) in for a newer model. Shell (my sister) didn't seem to realize I was joking, so I added in that I couldn't do that, no way I could date someone who wouldn't be putting out for a few years yet. When she gave me a funny look I was thrown off a bit. These are 8th grade kids. 13 and 14 years old; they couldn't possibly be having sex yet, right?
"Shell, they ARE still virgins aren't they?"
"Uhhh, well, not (insert random list of 5-6 names here)"
We chatted a bit about this; I was simply amazed. While I was in junior high there were maybe 3 really skanky outcasts who weren't virgins total. Now nearly her whole clique was in this position. Being the reasonable person I am I put 2 and 2 together.

We went on to talk about it. Apparently my little sister, age 14, had sex with someone from the graduating class I was supposed to be in. Dustin Davis, age 19. Worse is the fact that she was so drunk she barely remembers it.
I didn't do anything about it right then, even though I was pissed. I didn't then, and still don't now, know who to be pissed at. Should I ream my sister for being a stupid drunken party skank at the age of 14? Should I kill the mother fucking piece of low life trash that would sleep with a junior high kid? Should I tell her dad (my step-dad)? Should I go to the police for statutory rape? All of the above?
I can't think about this logically right now. All I want to do is to go kill this fucker. Uber, what should I do?

If it was someone, her own age I would say whats the problem as long as she uses a johnny, but nineteen? She doesn't sound too distressed or anything though, so maybe just beat the crap out of the guy, if you feel like it. Fucked at 14 is nothing these days though (at least not here in the UK) trust me.

here is a comment from 14 year old male. It might clear a few things up.
First off, this is nothing unusual. Although 19 is pushing it, the grade 9 chicks go out with the grade 12 guys. If he is in high school, then i really have to say that you should've seen it coming. If he isn't, then he's a perv.
Secondly, girls who are 14 often look older. I do know some who can easily, without any effort, pass for 16, and some for older. Think objectively. Does she look older then you would expect a 14 year old to look? It might sound a little personal, but look at her boobs. Are they big? If they are, she can very easily be mistaken for someone older. If it's obvious that she's fourteen, then he's a perv.
Thirdly, she was drunk? Do not be surprised at all. I've been offered alchohol and weed since grade 7. I don't know if that speaks for the average, but if she goes to a party, you can definately expect her to drink/do drugs. Most of the time, it's nothing serious, and nothing that you really need to put your foot down on, but:
If you recieve your information from the school, here's a tip of advice. Marks change very slowly, and word travels at the same speed. If you suspect something, and at the same time see a slip in her grades, or, more importantly, attendance, do something. It may sound dumb to watch attendence, but, there is a reason. My parents have always watched my grades. I wasn't in class for half of Grade 9, but still got an average in the 70's. What i'm trying to say, is that it's easy to cover up your school work, but attendance is the most obvious form of a problem.
Final Solution: Don't bother to much about what she's done, she has probably learnt her lesson. Beat the shit out of the guy though. Don't fight fair, don't give him a fair chance. If he want's to screw low, punch low.

I can't give this a +2 because the situation is not a kicker of any ass, though it is a worthwhile post. My advice is, DO NOT LAY A HAND ON HIM! Beating this guy up will only cause more problems for you and possibly for your sister. You could be hauled away for assault & battery even though you were morally justified. It won't hold up in court. The best thing would be to get the cops involved. As for punishment, he'll get it far worse from a 400 lb. inmate named Molly then he would from you.

I, too, do not have the time to read all replies. However there are certain issues with sexuality in teens that I find disturbing. There have always been unusual teen trends in the past. The sexiest girls in the 80's were the ones with the largest or most brightly colored hair, or the largest ankle warmers. When I was in high school (Class of '99), the sexiest girls were the ones that wore the tightest jeans, and any girl who tried to wear short shorts or bare belly shirts were sent home to change by the principal.
Frankly, I am not surprised by your unfortunate discovery. Pressure from media icons as well as peers has started pushing girls to mature at an exponential rate, forcing them to deal with adult issues sooner than they even know how to deal with puberty.
To answer your question, I have dealt with a similar issue before:
My best friend's little sister was fucked at a party while we were away at college. She was 15; he was 21. We let her parents deal with her, and we dealt with the hero. On our next break, the guys and I (11 guys total) went to Taco Bell and bought 140 dollars worth of tacos and bean burritos (a lot of fucking greasy food). We then proceeded to gorge ourselves and then puke and shit in a 5 gallon bucket. This went on for four hours. When the food was gone, we turned to piss, dog shit, a dead bird, a used condom (don't ask), and a carton of sour milk to fill the remainder of the bucket. We capped it, put it in the back of my truck, and then went on a mission to find this guys house. This guy was a sophomore my senior year in high school, so I knew of him, and much to our delight we found out he had a year old 350Z. We parked around the corner from his town home at around 4 in the morning, and we carried the bucket of nasty to the job site. With the skills we earned as mischievous youth, we managed to break the drivers window with little sound. Then we uncapped the bucket, and proceeded to pour the vile concoction all over the driver and passenger's seat, as well as the dash, paying careful attention to the defroster vents. The last little bit was thrown on his subwoofers for good measure, and then we fled the scene. Being that it had been several months since the fucking of the little girl, he had no reason to think it was the cause of the vandalism. He had no suspects, and a ruined car that insurance would not cover. We did not get arrested, we did not have to show our face, and we were highly satisfied with our revenge.
The only downfall to actions such as this is that the victim doesn't really know why he is being victimized. But when making a decision for revenge, you have to weigh that with the chance of getting caught, or possibly arrested.

Good idea though, assuming that the vice cannot be untightened, although I don't know if any guy could do that to himself, even if his life rested on it. Well it took me reading through the replies again, but I figured it out. You never wanted input from uber on how you should handle this, you needed the masses to encouarage you, to tell you that kicking this guy's ass is the right thing to do. Well, congrats, you've got what you wanted. And since you're not going to listen to reason, I'll share with you a little story about an idea that was given to me years ago.
See, I've always had a tendency to go for older guys. I, like your sister, lost my virginity at a young age to a much older guy (I was 13 and he was 18), and almost every guy I've slept with or had a relationship with was considerably older. My husband is ten years older than me.
Stupid as it may sound, I've spent the last three years in an on again-off again marriage. First, you approach the guy and get him to agree to being in a car with you and your friends. You know why? He knew full well it was my little sister. We are talking about a town with population 200. There is no way you cannot know it is my little sister. Look. Your sister CHOSE to be at this party, CHOSE to pound back a few (and I REALLY doubt that she was so drunk she didn't remember anything, more likely she just didn't want to talk to you about it. I bet her friends got a play by play recap.) and CHOSE to sleep with a guy that A) was several years older than her and B) she barely knew. Now, I'm not condoning the fact that he obliged her, so please don't assume that I am, because he too was perfectly capeable of saying no. But look at it this way, you're trashed, some cute little thing is ready to go, what do you do? Fact is, he probably didn't know how old she was, and even if he DID think to ask, which I doubt, she easily could have lied.
Basically what I'm saying here is that everyone is trying to make this girl the innocent, the victem, and she's not completely without blame here. At 14, teens, girls ESPECIALLY, want to be grownups. This is the age when a kid starts to become rebellious, starts thinking they should be allowed to do whatever they want. When they're faced with the fact that they're NOT going to be allowed that, guess what? They fucking do it anyway.
If you want to fuck this guy up, nothing any of us will say is going to stop you, but know this. Your sister will hate you for it, and probably never trust you again. The guy CAN and probably WILL go to the cops because your sister very likely won't testify against him, and may even deny it to the cops (do you really think she wants mom and dad to know she's having drunken sex?), and if she does, it's a lot easier for him to prove you kicked his ass then it will be for you to prove he nailed your sister. If he doesn't go to the cops, you risk retaliation, which I'm sure you don't really care about, but do you really want to make this into an ongoing war where you fuck him up, his boys fuck you up, your boys fuck his boys up, and it keeps going until someone ends up dead?
So really, you've got two choices here. You can talk to your sister, try to help her understand why you don't like what she did, and spend more time with her, in attempt to make sure she DOESN'T throw her life away, let the guy know you know, and you'll be watching him, making sure he's none to near your sister, and fucking move on with life. Or, you can destroy your relationship with your sister, and create a whole shitload of drama for everyone, including your sister, yourself, and people who weren't actually involved to start with. Whatever you decide is up to you.

It's not all that guy's fault. I mean sure, it is kind of nasty to have sex with a 14 year old if you are 19....but your sister put herself in the situation to begin with.
At age 19, some guys will fuck anything that moves, even if they are a lot younger. He was probably drunk too as well. And I don't know what your sister looks like, but I've seen some 14 year old that are pretty well developed and could easily pass off as 16 or 17.
It's a man's instinct to jump at a chance for sex. If a girl throws herself at you, most men would be ready and willing. But still, just be there for your sister. She needs you.

loki, i odn't hoave much time to comment as the little boy is up and about dispite the late hour.
the stuff about peer pressure is quite likely all true, and even the desciption you've given of the whole classic cliched scenario may well all be true. of course, it may also me way wrong.
what interests me about this business though are not so much the details of this particluar case as the ingrained values that are just being taken for granted and not examined.

one funny thing, i had just read this when i got a phone call from a friend of my wifes who is thinking of doing a phd on sexual issues in puberty in taiwan. i mentioed this post to her, and she mentioned that the internet was also a place where many young taiwanese girls talk about their sexual experinece as they are too ashamed to in real world. maybe we should try and find these chat rooms and do some surveying.

Obviously I don't know your sister so just take this as a possible theory.
She wanted to lose her virginity because it wasn't cool to be a virgin with her particular peer group. It's not a question of wanting to have sex, in all likelihood she probably didn't really want to do it but sadly in order to lose her virginity it was necessary. Obviously they are talking about it right, so all she hears about from her friends is who is and who is not a virgin. She gets fed up with it, she's probably getting teased so she decides that she's going to go find a guy and go for it.
But remember, she's in uncharted water here so she goes for the fire water liquid courage. Also see this way she's got an 'out'. She's not 100% responsible if she was drunk at the time, everyone knows that people do stupid things drunk. At her age, I would be stunned if she's done a lot of drinking so now I'm thinking that she probably hit the fruity girl drinks because beer tastes nasty. Mix a little vodka in grape juice and you don't even taste it, then after the first couple of drinks the rest taste fine anyway.
Then she hooks up with this guy. Cute little thing getting all flirty with him, what guy wouldn't. Yea hopefully quite a few guys wouldn't. I'd like to hope that most guys wouldn't but you just need one don't you. So she finds this guy or maybe he finds her. I doubt she's the first young girl with a head full of liquor he's gotten his hands on. This guy is probably a total loser and can't get any girls his age to fall for his bullshit, but to a kid that young he's an older guy - car, money, pays attention to her.
There you have it - a perfect set up for the disaster you described. It's an age old story, but sadly it seems to be happening at a much younger age. Once upon a time, your sister would have been 16 and the boy 21.
I would say at this point that what she needs most in her life right now is an older brother who she can talk to and will help her sort out the bullshit that comes her way. She obviously trusts you, fuck that up and you'll never get it back.

i haven't read all of the comments, but mysiamoon seemed to be the closest thing to the voice of reason.
i would be talking to her to find out if she felt she had been tricked, betrayed, hurt, degraded etc abused by this fellow. if the answer is a sincere yes - and you're sure she's telling the truth - then by all means dance on the cunt with hobnailed boots. i will come and help you.
but if the answer is no, which judging from your post i suspect it probably is, then you should just accept it. frankly, i would be more concerned about her drinking than her rooting. although you want to make sure she understands safe sex etc. dependign on your relationship with her, you could give her some tips on the joys of rooting, the pitfuls and anxieties that can hinder sexaul pleasure, and also tips on identifying insincere exploititive men etc.
