I just read your post, and rather than reply to it, I felt there was too much to say and that making a seperate post is the only way to go.
I obviously havent been here too long, if you notice by my ID number. I also realize that I know nothing about you, so it's hard to find the right words for a stranger.
Life is tough, not just for you, but for all of us. Every day we all face challenges such as fighting with people we care about, conflicts from places like school or work, as well as internal conflicts that can eat at us daily. Anyone who tells you this life is easy is full of shit.
As I'm writing this there is a war going on in a country that I've never seen. People that I have never met are fighting for me and you because they believe it is the right thing to do, regardless of the true intentions of the war.
It would be nice if I could tell you there was a meaning to this life, but there is none. I would love to be able to reassure you that God has a plan for all of us, but there isn't a god.
Life is what you make of it. I know that is a stupid saying, but it's true.
I hope you know that not everyone in the world is shitty, or out to hurt you. There are millions of people who devote their lives to helping people, and whether or no they know you, they care about you. I don't know your family or friends, but I can only assume that they care about you too. People on this board also care about you. I care enough to write to you in hopes that at least you know you are not alone.
Sometimes you will meet people who don't care about you, and I am sorry for that. Some people only care about themselves, and believe that what they do is right for themselves and that is all that is important. Everyone has people like that pass through their lives, and everyone knows how much these people can hurt them.
Life is too short to hold onto the hurt. There are too many things to do when you only have 70 or 80 years on this earth.
I believe that at the end of my life, all I want is to look back and know that I did my best. I want to know that I tried to be a good person. I want to know that I tried to treat people well, and help those who needed it. I want to know that I lived my life by my own morals and beliefs, and lived by the high standards I set for myself. I want to know that when I walk away from this life, I gave everything I had to make as many things better as possible.
Believe me when I say that life is precious, that life is beautiful. Don't get caught up in what hurts you, don't believe that you don't deserve to enjoy life.
Embrace people around you, let them know you care. Forgive who has hurt you, and either try to help them or let them move on. Find whatever makes you happy, and work to achieve it. Every day is worth living, because you are alive.
I hope this makes sense, and somehow helps you. Stay strong.
