My first year of high school and its over, it went by so fast. Now that I think about it, the past few years have went by really fast. Its a whir of memories now and I so much has happened.
I can't remeber when I grew up, I can't remeber when my coloring books and my old tea set was replaced with novels and journals, I can't remeber when journals where replaced by own writing, I can't remeber when my barbies where replaced with ceremic unicorns and other decorations, I can't remeber when my old Lion King posters where replaced with cute furry animals, then later with bands like slipknot, slayer, Taking Back Sunday, and such.
What I am getting at is, I grew up and its happened at such a constant rate, I don't even realize it. I wish that I could go back to my childhood and not experience the arguments between my parents, I wish I could have not seen my mom use my dad, I wish I would not have lived with her for those 3 years. I am no different than anyone else, I am human, I make mistakes, I have regrets, I just can't believe that I am going to be 15 in 11 days. I will have my permit in 11 days.
I know they say high school are the best years of your life, and I am asking for your opionion if you have went through high school, and if you are still in it, I want to know if you agree... Is high school really great to you? Are the broken hearts worth the relationship? If you could, would you relive your high school years?

You are part of cyberspace where people think they really have more important things to be doing than reading about another person's life. I don't know what they thought anything titled "High School" was going to be about...but anyway, like everything you'll encounter in life, HS (and Ubersite) is what you make of it. If you don't take criticisms to heart, if you learn how to identify the negative vibes from the positive, and if you can always walk away knowing that you did what you wanted, you'll have a good time of it. You have proven one point you are human and make mistakes (your writing style is quite unique). Although, this points out your parents are human for having a mistake like you. Thus, leading me to believe God is human, too, because even when he is on his 40 days and 40 nights coke binge, he usually kills retards like you before the birth canal.
Having said this, do what I did after my freshman year in high school. I killed myself. You should try it. Or better yet, do a really cool summer project and turn the blender on stick your face in it, and write a really cool paper about the experience and get some extra credit.

There are things about high school that I look back on quite fondly but no, under no circumstances would I go through those years again. It's a lie when they say those are the best years of your life. I believe the people who claim that are thinking about the good times they had with their friends. Perhaps they are longing for the carefree days of childhood when they did not have a Jeep that would know, oh it KNOWS GOOD AND WELL it was paid off this month and chose to get a short in the A/C when it was 90 outside.
OK, that's just my issue.
What I remember from high school was that there were some really amazing times I had with my friends. I also remember that I suddenly had all the responsibility of being an adult without the freedom of being an adult. You make some of the biggest decisions of your life at that age and hey all I can tell you is, make the best of the circumstances in which you find yourself. There are things that I regret sure, there are things that everyone regrets in their past. I'm sure I would do it all differently if I had it to do over again, but life is linear. What you want to do is make sure that no matter what comes your way that you make sure that the things you do and the decisions you make are the best ones you can given what you know now. If you do that then when you're sitting at work typing out a response to a kid who is about to turn 15, you can honestly say that when you were that age, you did the best you could with what you had and that you're proud of what you accomplished.
Also, side note: If you can possibly, in any way, somehow get through college without student loans I highly recommend it. I will be paying off my student loans until I'm 50 - I only wish I were kidding.

I'm a Sr. in HS, and, I would rather not go to HS again. It has its perks but over all, not worth it.
The way I see it, your real friends at school will still be friends after your out of school so there isn't really a need to go to school to see friends.
And broken hearts suck. Relationships in HS are a joke. Don't get into one. You will just get burned in the end.
