I've done it again. I know that this post may be deleted, and I may be banned because of this post, but well...I feel that it is worthwhile.
You guys remember that moron who kept posting links to his AWESOME server full of free porn, cheats, and hacks? You know, that server laced with a virus? Here, I will refresh your memory:

Well, after his last post I had decided that this kind of shit didn't belong on Uber. I know, I know...I am not the Uber police, and it's not my job, but well, I don't like this kind of bullshit on the internet in general, so I took it upon myself.
I went ahead and emailed the poster x2kingz.at.yahoo.com hoping he would take my bait. Luckily he did, and even better, he replied from his work or school IP address, 204.183.88.3. He even had what I thought was his name written in the email. I tracked this IP back to Salesianum High School in Delaware which has all IP's range from 204.183.88.0-255. Now I had him by his balls. Making the guess that it was a student I forwarded all the information I had to the head of the school.
Salesianum is a very upstanding catholic private high school. It is so high society it has a campus (something I had never heard of a HS having). Needless to say the head of the school, Father Dalton, was quite embarrassed to have this porn/virus server come back to his school. He forwarded the information to Mike Gutzat, the school's director of technology to make sure that it was in fact the student. Through some correspondence with Mr. Gutzat we determined that Steve Jones is not the correct name, but if he found the correct name the employee would be fired, or the student would be expelled. He also took the steps to make sure that the server would be taken down, which, the mirror (www.mystikast.cjb.net) is already down, and the server (www.geocities.com/x2kingz/) will soon be.
Kudos to you for not using your real name with me; it was actually kind of unexpected. However, you DID make the mistake of emailing me again, from your home computer. Your IP address is 69.139.166.229. I know your name, address, and phone number. I am not going to put it up because last time I did that bad things happened, on the other hand, I am not responsible for what any other person who sees this does with your IP address.
In closing, an ultimatum, don't do something of this sort again on Uber, or I will reveal your identity to Salesianum. Be glad I am giving you an option, because I seriously considered just having you fired/expelled and being done with it. If someone else wants to track you down and email the school, well, not my fault. You should have considered the consequences your actions would cause you.

I can tell you all this for certain, no matter how you may feel about what David did,when push comes to shove and someone is fucking with me, I want David on my team always!
I know him very well and he is not a vindictive person. He was provoked on both occasions and was taking action his way. His way just happens to be via computer. I for one am very glad he went so far out of his way to stop a threat to my two thousand dollar computer. He could have just ignored the link and let us all fend for ourselves but he didn't. David may have a temper and fly off at times but he is very rational and will always listen to reason after he cools off.
David I'm glad you have my back.

I applaude your actions. You are an example to all of us: We should stop thinking that the internet is some sort of play house: it is REAL. And not only is it real, it is more vulnerable. What do you think is easier, breaking into a credit card company and nabbing the hard copies (paper)of somebodies of someone information, or hacking a database and getting THOUSANDS of credit card owners information? Thats an example of course.
Just like you would protect your home with a base ball bat, you should pretect your computer with a well placed email and a few phone calls.

What to you want from me Loren, a written apology for taking care of someone who wrote me threatening emails? Do you want me to be sorry for taking hosted viruses down off the internet?
You ask "who is next?" - well, the answer is simple my dear, anyone stupid enough to try and infect me with a virus is next. I don't care who it is, how old they are, or why they chose to do it. They committed a FELONY. You are standing up against dealing with a FELON. This kid could easily have charges pressed against him. I know someone contacted the FBI about it. So I contacted his school. Which is worse would you say, going to jail, or transfering schools?
This kid tried to damage all of our personal property. I don't give a fuck that it was "only online" my computer is a very real possession. Let's say that instead of trying to infect your computer with a virus he had keyed your car. Would you contact the police? If you knew his parents would to tell them about it to get him in trouble? This is the same god damn thing you ignorant piece of shit.
I think this is more about Schwenck, and I am sorry to have done that to her, but she shouldn't have sent a threatening hatemail to me. If someone was prank phone calling you, threatening you, harassing you, and you had a way to track down where the phone calls were coming from, would you make them stop? Of course you would. I already stated I went over the top, and I apologized for that, but simply put, she asked for it.
Really, your defense of this little cretin, who tried to maliciously attack not only my computer, but yours, and everyone elses here, is just dumb, and everyone thinks so. It is not just like I am defending myself here, but nearly EVERYONE thinks you are being a retard about this. If you think you are going to change my reasoning to where I just chuckle and move on when someone tries to attack me with a virus you are sorely mistaken, and wasting your energy.

There are so many things at stake here. We're talking about the career of someone, whether it be someone's high school career or their job, simply because of some viruses sent through a server, which are probably sent through pop-ups everyday. But I think he crossed the line by not warning us of the virus. This reminds me alot of the KoolMang predicament, where KoolMang did something distasteful, but CLEARLY warned people of it, but was still banned. Though the reasons for his banning were not as clear.

The internet was up until recently a place where you had relative anonyminity but nowadays its practically reall life. I chat everyday to a girl I have never met in person but she is one of my closest friends. I spend a great deal of time on a forum I administer. I take stuff people do and say as seriously as if It were a my real life social group. I have a lot of documents and photos and work stuff on muy machine and if that was destroyed by some fucker then thats damaging my reall life, my non internet life. I dont condone "outing" peole for mere flames but this fucker crossed the line out of the net and into peoples real lives by adding a virus into the equation. It was him who opened the gates so its perfectly legit to do the same back. The means and outcome of a fight are unimportant, Its who threw the first punch. Whats been done here is a good warning to others who also are thinking of crossing the line from online insults and arguments into attempting to cause damage to ones real life property. A lot of my job is tracking down the sources of spam e-mail. Its a lot of seemingly neverending work. These people get arrested if caught but you could say they arent harming anybody, but then you'd be talking shite.

legallady - Schwenck always claimed she was quitting at the end of that semester anyways. So even if that post was never made I'm quite sure she would have been looking for a job. Still, I feel semi responsible for that nowadays...doesn't weigh on my conscience because anyone could have done a yahoo search on her name and gotten her fired, but I certainly didn't help matters.
