Welcome to the first "Guess the Product from the List of Ingredients Wednesday." Every Wednesday afternoon this summer when I have nothing better to do I will post the ingredients of a food or drink product and you, dear reader*, have a chance to win yourself a lovely little prize of a guaranteed +2 for every post you make until the next "Guess the Product from the List of Ingredients Wednesday."**
On to the ingredients list:
water, high fructose corn syrup, and 2% or less of the following: concentrated juices (pineapple, orange, passionfruit, and apple), purees (apricot, papaya, and guava), citric acid, natural and artificial flavors, pectin, gum acacia, gum ghatti, glycerol ester of wood rosin, sodium hexametaphosphate, red #40, blue #1, sodium benzoate, and potassium sorbate (preservatives), and ascorbic acid (vitamin C).
HINT: CONTAINS 5% FRUIT JUICE

I would have known it to be one of two things, the latter being ruled out after finishing the list of ingrediants, Hawaiian Punch or CT Lemonade. Here is your dead giveaway: esther of wood rosin. I found out as a child that the ingrediant, as far as I have looked, which was only a couple of instances, that Hawaiian Punch and Country Time Lemonade are the two of a few drinks which contain this addictive substance.
