From Bart's Resume Website http://www.cilfone.com/resume.html
"--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Web Gladiator 1995 - Present
Self Employed
Designed, wrote, and maintan (need to spell check) Ubersite, an experiment to see if a website can generate and maintain itself after an initial code installation. Users can register an account, submit stories, and rate other users' stories with the end result being a site tailored specifically to its readers."
The question is this: Is Bart's "experiment" working?
Sub question: How do you feel about being a guinea pig?
Sub-Sub-Question: Do the childish posts, vulgar pictures, immature rating behavior, and need for Bart to step in on occasion reveal humanities inability to be allowed to run completely free?

Wow, I ask a legit question and you end up answering my third question without even knowing it. You were just your stupid-ass self, shining through like a fake diamond in a pile of steaming dog shit. Congratulations

I would say that bart would be 10% responsible, and the jerk that makes the NSFW post is 90% responsible if a child would see it. But as an experiment in liberty, you will have people who have to see how far they can push until a higher power has to step in.
Sort of. I would think he would have to assume the majority of the responsibility for facilitating the distribution of such material, unless there was some sort of home page with a disclaimer that you had to agree to prior to visiting the site. But what do I know?

Actually, wait...the kid's parents should be responsible for what he or she does online.

Are their laws that require a website to have one of those must be 18 to enter tags on it?
Is Bart legally responsible for any 12 year olds minds that are destroyed (yeah right) due to viewing NSFW posts?

The site itself is a rousing success. As far as the actual "experiment" the way it is worded, obviously some modifications have been made.
Sub-Sub-Question: Do the childish posts, vulgar pictures, immature rating behavior, and need for Bart to step in on occasion reveal humanities inability to be allowed to run completely free?
The real question is when will this stuff have an impact? I fear that sooner or later "big brother" is going to have an interest in this site. Especially with all the NSFW posts going around and 15 year olds like Tom and Spooner regularly visiting the site.
