I was stop by the cops and charged with pos. of mary jane, i also had a gram of cocaine, they didn't charge me with it. can they still come back 2 months down the road and charge me with it?

Actually, there's a new law that if you're caught for one crime, and you don't admit to another and asked to be charged, you're guilty of treason, and will be killed by poisonous baboons.
