My most heartfelt, humble apologies; it is, I suppose, permissible to miss, say, the ascent of a particularly glorious butterfly through being remiss, but it appears here that I have managed to occlude an entire Renaissance! This most statuesque of wild beasts, cowed by the effluvium of man in the mere fluttering of an eyelid, is as strong a metaphor as ever there could be for the antediluvian world order. Are we to make anything of the kinship with the works of Picasso's Blue period? At first appearances perhaps, though it seems that there is a vitality, an energy here that enterely belies the funereal works of the lesser artist, though mirrorring their sincerity - indeed, if anything, these are life-affirming! Astonishing tecnique, sir, and admirable timing - Apres moi, les deluge! A casket of scrotums are on their way!

i was astonished by the result.
especially as there is a slight delay after the button on my camera is clicked.

well cindiedoll, whoever you may be cowering behind that trumped up name, where to begin?
on a purely visual level, the work has great harmony, i feel. A soothing quality.
there is also what has accurately been described as "raw emotive force"
the subtexts are i think too profound and too varied for a Visual Artist such as myself to explore in words.
i can say though, that this Work continues to make me 'laugh out loud' each time i see it.
