What is that white stuff in your mouth after you brush your teeth? It sits right along your jaw. You only feel it after about 10 minutes after brushing.
Try to get it, if you have it. Take your tongue and roll it around your jaw abotu 10 min after you brush your teeth. Don't eat anything during this process.
let me know what you find

It's actually a fascinating, little known scientific phenomenon. The mucus membranes that line your mouth secrete an antibacterial solution. When it encounters the flouride in toothpaste, the chemical process results in a pasty white sludge like the one you describe.
Not many people ever experience it, though. This is because the antibacterial solution is only released when you lick your own diarrhetic shit from your fingers.

Bart: You know, Grampa kinda smells like that trunk in the garage
where the bottom's all wet.
Lisa: Nuh-uh, he smells more like a photo lab.
Homer: Stop it, both of you! Grampa smells like a regular old man,
which is more like a hallway in a hospital.
