Well, I beg to differ.
If you have seen Chelsea in the news lately, you will have seen that she has improved her appearance by what seems to be a factor of 10000. She went from dogfaced to do-able in the blink of a soundbyte.... even with today's plastic surgery technology and techniques it doesn't seem likely that the person you are seeing is actually her.

Instead, life once again immitates art. It must be a person who is not actually Ms. Clinton done up in "Dave" fashion ( http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0106673/ ) to resemble the actual Ms. Clinton in order to cover some sort of potentially disastrous event.
I can't imagine what has actually happened to the former first daughter of your great nation, but I can tell you who the imposter is! The second startling truth that I have come to reveal is that it is a former Ubersite user of somewhat popular favour.... who has been missing for just about a month. Coincidence? No.
