It's "shaddap you face". The song was performed by Joe Dolce, my dad's cousin actually. I remember my dad used to play that song all the time when I was a kid and he'd tell me stories about Joe Dolce back when they hung out at the social club in Cleveland. I don't why I felt like sharing that, but regardless, the phrase is "shaddap you face".
Anyhow, here's the lyrics if anyone gives a shit.
