I have stolen all of enraged baboons work and distributed it in a book of the shittiest
internet posts of all time. I have made over $1,000,000,000 for this work as all of the
world now agrees that Enraged Baboon must be a complete fucktard for using such poor arguments
in the pursuit of justice for his lack of copyright infringement. Oh wait, is copyright
law in place to protect people from losing money that should come to them for their original
work? It is you say? Then I must be the only one who has infringed his copyright at this point.
I guess Bart hasn't done anything wrong.

Baboon, if you are reading this I would suggest that with your degree in journalism you should
have tried taking a class in logic. It would have helped make a coherent argument. It would
have also helped you to understand that your arguments hold no water. The are invalid.

Well, if you sold all of his work in a book you couldn't claim it to be the worst posts ever, since if you've actually read any of his other posts they're very good. And, even if his argument for why is a bit weak, its still true that it would be fairer to let people delete their posts.

Actually, copyright infringement is completely independent from profit / money. The argument "it's not copyright infringement because bart isn't making any money" is completely invalid.

I don't think I missed the point Baboon was trying to make. He says he has explicit rights
to what he has submitted to ubersite under copyright law. Copyright is only infringed when
someone other than the copyright holder is profiting from this work AND is taking money away
from the copyright holder. In some instances the first premise is the only one required, but
the second premise is what wins copyright cases. The record companies used this argument when
attacking Napster. I understood the point very well and tried to make some inane post about it.
I guess it was too inane. I guess I also should have spent more than three minutes making it.
Too late now.
(It's still all about me though.)
