I'll try....
Topping the most heated list is a little number entitled "Bart is a Fucking Queer". The post is by a Mr. Enraged Baboon (hence the wall hanging) who is very upset about Bart, Ubersite, Copyright infringement, penis size, open sores, parallel parking, etc......
He has no argument (hence the caption)...
That baby-faced little devil on the shirt is supposedly Squattail (sometimes a nemesis, sometimes a prodigy)...
To tell you the truth, I really just wanted to chop a picture and play with some layers. Loren did such a great job with the source photo I had to try.

Yeah, I've seen the pics around enough to know it's some kind of uber-inside joke. But don't know what it's all about.
Someone could either explain the deal with the pimpled face kid (who looks like the real life version of the simpson's pimpled face kid) and the dude with the golf club... Or we can go back and read 1000's of posts to understand what the hell is going on.
