That statement is the one fact I have known to be true out of everything I have ever learned in my 18 years of existence.
I am aware that this may offend some - please, read on.
I am, sadly, a dual-national. I despair at this but realize that it was out of my control. If I had a choice, I would never have been concieved, never breathed the air, never set foot on that forsaken expanse of frozen beaver shit and spilled beer.
I have spent a great deal of my life up there,(again, by no fault of my own) so I KNOW what it's like. I know Canadians. Therefore I feel I ought to have some credibility, despite my age.
Take my word for it, Canadians are dickeads. They have dicks for heads! I'm serious. To expand upon this further, you may email me at your convenience.

Jay, did you live in the east, because if so that is why they were pricks most of us in the west are fairly nice, but some westerners are jackasses. Don't be so judgemental just because maybe 50 canadians are jackasses doen't mean we all are!!

Re: Venom - I admit I suck at english, so I went and looked up complacency ... I'm not seeing why it's so bad to be content as a nation. The only negative aspect I could pull out of the cryptic dictionary definition was that it may imply an danger the person (or nation in this case I suppose) is unaware of ... to which I ask if there's something you know that I don't ...
And finally, last but not least
Jay - Having met my fair share of Americans and Canadians, I would be inclined to suggest the average person of both nationalities are pretty much the same. Sure americans as a whole have the reputation of believing the world ceases to exist beyond USA's borders, and Canadians tend to think beer is the greatest thing since sliced bread ... but to go so far as to say individually every canadian is a dickhead makes me wonder if you weren't abused as a child or whatever. Chill out dude. Breathe, it's healthy.
Anyways, I'm a bit dissapointed. I thought I'd find something thought provoking or at the very least slightly humerous ... Ya let me down. Usually americans are better at coming up with Canadian bashing comments then "You dickhead". :'( Ah well ... Maybe venom can fix the situation, he seems to bust out a thoughtful comment on occasion... like nukes. haha, that was witty.

So what is canada anyways? From my impression, I see it's a frozen chunk of dirt, where queer lumberjacks, beaver ranchers and hockey players roam freely to perpetrate any crimes upon humanity they feel like, well, perpetrating. Also, they owe allegiance to the crown? Now, this may be my "stupid american" logic kicking in, but I think canada doesn't represent anything besides complacency and beer. Don't hate me because I'm American, eh.
