I work in Center City, Philadelphia and when I go out on break I notice women wearing the smallest amount possible to still be considered "business casual". I have to wear a suit to work every day but a women in the same position I'm in can basically wear the same thing she wore to the bar the night before and not be told a thing. But back to my question at hand, I generally wear sunglasses on break as I sit right in the sun to eat my lunch and as I am watching people walk by I notice women who assume I am looking at them who in turn give me a dirty look. What is most interesting is that I have been doing a sort of unofficial survey on this topic and the women who assume you are looking at them the most are the women who are wearing the least.
Why should I be made to look like a pervert because you are walking down the street with a combo of T&A hanging out all over the place and are obviously conscious of your outfit decision,99% of the time I'm actually looking at their face to gage their reaction. If I cut a hole in the bottom of a pair of shorts and walked around with my balls hanging out, I'm pretty sure I'd get a glance or two. So to sum this up, if you assume guys are looking at you put some damn clothes on if it makes you feel uncomfortable.

Excatcly how it is at my school. I'm in 8th, (i know, i know.) and this is about 10 times worse. They prace around in their stuffed bras and "so many boiz, so little time" shits on, and they call us perverts for saying hi to them.
