It's been awhile ubersite. I wonder how many of you are still around. 10,000 users already? That's about twice as many as when I left, though I see that the MVA's have not changed much. I've been busy as hell lately. I had nationals in New Jersey (for rowing), semester finals, Summerfest (Medeski and the Roots are all I saw) and a whole lot of the DAF(Dick Around Factor).

Been reading a bit, Thomas Pynchon mostly: Crying of Lot 49 and Gravity's Rainbow. Great Books. Playing a lot of Madden 2004. Writing a music column for the paper, I'll post some reviews here when I get around to it.

I like this uberboard deal. It's reassuring to see the same old topics on the Most Heated. Congrats to Tom for having the most viewed post.
Anyways, get around to something we care about T.Chow. Or at least post something for us to flame.

Had a listen to your music. All in all, not terrible.
I didn't hear the earlier stuff, but it sounds to me like you could still use a little work on the vocals. Some of the notes sounded a little flat (to my amateur ear). It was a little "mousey" at times too, like you're not very confident in your ability or something - not sure, I can't really place my finger on it. You do have a really nice sounding voice though, it has a nice, rich quality to it. Just need to work on controlling it a little more.
Another thing - it didn't seem to flow all that well, like the tempo was changing every now and then. Or maybe it was just me. Like I said - amateur ear.
The songwriting is pretty good though. Has a nice sound to it. Lots of potential. Keep at it, you'll only get better.
