Lyrics. As always, they're better sung with the music than read in an electronic format.. But what can I say? I felt like posting these ones. If you like sad acoustic songs about girls, let me know and I'll fire you an email when the CD is ready. Or not.

so you think you've got me
where you think you want me
you think i'm waiting here
for you?
you'd love me forever
and always take care of me
your kids would have my eyes
and i gave you butterflies
any more lies?
so for months i held on
but now i'm gonna move on
can't pretend i don't love you
but i can do my best to forget you
i wish that i was anywhere but here
doing anything but this
with anyone but you
.. this transition is overdue
i still love you
but now i find
that i don't care
about what you do
or who you do it with
go away and stay young forever.
stop calling me
and leaving me
messages on
this damn machine
forget i'm alive
go away and stay young forever.

I hope the music distracts from the lyrics...

I rarely rate either songs or poetry because I can't seem to work up enough interest in them but I think this is pretty good...it's not horribly deep/pain filled, my usual argument against this genre, and it adequately encapsulates the relationship from a woman's point of view.
Keep up the good work.

Meh. The title kinda blows for a song. And nothing terribly original or great about the lyrics. I hope you're a kickass guitarist or something, that might save you in the end.

Falco: It's a song of mine, yes.
shitfuck: My boyfriend'll be sad to hear you call me all those nasty f-words. :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( Now I gotta go home and cry.
P.S. I'm not a grammar nazi, but I find it interesting that you use "you're" incorrectly, immediately followed by correct usage of "your". Did you use both spellings so you _knew_ you'd be correct at least once?

That's fine for you, Marge. But I used to rock and roll all night and
party every day. Then it was every other day. Now I'm lucky if I can
find half an hour a week in which to get funky. I've got to get out of
this rut and back into the groove!

PS-You're words suck, your songs suck and your cock appears large only to ants.
Typical art house fag. Go drown in your coffee and cinnamon buns mr. faggypants.

Around the house, I never lift a finger
As a husband and father I'm sub-par
I'd rather drink a beer
than win Father of the Year
I'm happy with things the way they are
