I once went to a Dashboard Confessional show. Now I normally listen to much angrier music, but I figured this might be a decent change of pace. Wrong.
I was invited into a "crying circle"... I then realized that I should have taken along a machete to give them a reason to cry.
The music is whiny enough without being surrounded by rich whiny preppy emo kids who whine about their horrible lives while they live off of mommy and daddy's pocketbook and drive their brand new cars. I say we kill every third one, at least then the crying would be justified.

Okay, so I've been listening to this radio station on the satellite, Area 63, which plays trance/progressive music. It's generally good music, except for this one song which I've probably heard five times in the past three days. The song is called "Wordy Rappinghood" by a group called Chicks on Speed. That's right, "Wordy Rappinghood" by Chicks on Speed. This is without a doubt the most annoying song ever written and recorded in the history of music. There's this one part when one of the "Chicks" says "Ok, bye!" and there's silence, giving the impression that the song is over. But then it fades back in and they play the chorus a couple more times. I seriously hate this song.
