Rizzo, some girls cannot handle being broken up with. Whether or not they have personal or mental problems doesn't matter. They just cannot accept that their relationship with you is over. Dude, I've seen it before and juding from your ex's posts, it is far from over. When a girl goes from "DIE DIE DIE" to "want to make up" overnight, you best head for the hills.
She will be back again and again and again. It happened to me and it's not pleasant. My "rabbit boiler" had a nasty habbit of showing up at restaurants and bars when I was out on dates. If she even thought I had a girl over she would phone or ring the buzzer. She once even started following a girl I was seeing. Apparently the whole "stalking ex" thing is a bit of a turnoff for prospective girlfriends.
Hopefully she just stops calling and you're done with it. But watch out for unannounced vists and "chance" meetings.
Anyway, I'm really sorry for furthering this invasion of your personal life, but I felt I had to warn you. I have no right to stick my nose in this, I went through the same thing 10 years ago and to this day hearing her name makes my balls jump into my stomach.

At the risk of starting a girls vs. boys turf war...
This is seriously tacky. Posting an email from your ex on a public forum is tacky. The guy may not give a shit about this girls feelings anymore, but regardless, who wants to see that crap? It just makes him look like an immature prick who needs backslaps from the boys to make him feel like a man and bores the living shit out of the rest of us.

Don't worry, she's not deadly. She's just insulted me and embarrassed me enough times publicly to piss me off right over the edge.
I told her that if she contacts me at all I'm going to call the police and have a restraining order put on her. And I'm serious. I don't think she'll be calling any time soon.

I was probably around 14 when I met her. She was decent looking, not too ugly with a good body. I dated her for just about a month and a half.
And she stalked me for 4 years. 4 fucking years.
Eventually, I went to her house, and gave her a paintball mask. I told her "everytime I see you, I am going to shoot you until you go away."
She said to me: "See you do care about me!"
"No, psycho, I just don't want to get sued."
Sure enough, next day, she was outside my house in a canoe.
"Got the mask I gave you?"
"Nope! I know you won't hurt me!"
I threw her another one. "better put it on, cause I warned you."
"You won't hurt"
Pfft. Got her, right in the arm.
"OW! THAT HURT!"
I followed her in my parents speedboat the two miles until we got to her friends house. I sprayed her with over 600 rounds. She ran out of the boat, got onto her bike, and went home.
I saw her recently, at a Dibellas with my two buddies. She walked in, walked over to me, and sat down.
"Hey Mike. It's been awhile...heard you went into the army!"
"Hey, Z, go get my gun."
She got up and walked away.
Scary thing is, the only people I told I went into the army were my family, who have no connection with her whatsoever, and my best friends family. My ex girlfriend who broke up with me 1 month before I joined didn't know I went it. I seriously think she is still fucking stalking me. I bring my paintball gun where ever I go now.
Recommendation: Get a paintball gun.
