I loved the gas guzzling charge too. You'd think they would call it something like fuel efficiency surcharge, but I guess not. One of these little machines that he was looking at had a warning on the website that had a list of states where they could not sell it because it didn't meet emissions standards there. We're not getting that one either and I refuse to take any more crap about my Jeep not being environmentally friendly.
