OK This is a little insight into my hobby, for now. Its a custom track for a motocross game that people play over the internet. I am one of the few people nowadays that create tracks worth downloading and playing.
Quite simply, what I have to do is make a greyscale targe height map. This can then be textured to effect. All is put into an editor to make it compatible for the game. It would be good to hear from anyone else that does this sort of thing..
