Ok, so it seems that most of the responses to my original post weren't really relevant to the current generation of consoles, with names such as "Atari 2600" and "Commodore 64" popping up. If you want to check out my original post, check this link out:

So I've decided to revise my post a bit. Which is your favourite gaming console ever? To you like the current generation X-Box or PS2? Or are you more of a fan of the old school consoles such as the Atari 2600 and the Sega Master System? Maybe you're a fan of the SNES, back when Nintendo ruled the roost.
Before the debate starts let me just add this. For all of you PC fanatics out there, yes I know that PC's are far superior to game consoles and always have been. So please keep your responses to game consoles. Unless of course you want to mention the Commodore 64, because that was sort of a game console/PC hybrid anyway.
Personally I'm going to say the X-Box because having a hard drive in a console is a fantastic idea! But what do the rest of you think? Which is the Greatest Console Ever?
