It all starts off last week and turns into maybe the worst week I have ever had. My girlfriends came up to spend the weekend with me and announces her possible pregnancy. Which I am excited about but not ready for. Yes we used protection and she is on the pill, but I guess that wasn't good enough.Anywho, all went well until Tuesday when my car died on me. Timing chain and 3 gaskets decided to break.
But all started to go well when I was looking to buy a new car. '01 Sunfire, hmmm, '97 Sunfire, what do I want. Then I find a '96 Sunfire which is really cheap. My roommate and I go to look at it and test drive it. I like it, but low and behold, he is on the phone with his bank, and within 30 minutes, he had the money for the car and bought it on me. He then expects me to drive him (rental car) all over to get insurance and sign his paper work for his loan. Which I do because I'm a nice guy. So he ends up with the Sunfire I wanted.
Now I ended up buying a '97 Sunfire (yes i love Sunfires) for about $1000 less than his. OK now, I am a 21 year old male in Ontario. I have a 2 door car and somehow a Sunfire is a sports car. I have a perfect driving record, no accidents, tickets, not a fucking thing. But, my insurance is a nice $655.59/month. Full coverage. Now, one of my friends is a 20 year old female, 3 accidents, 4 speeding tickets and a '99 Sunfire GT and pays $95/month full coverage. Please somebody have an answer as to why I pay so fucking much as a good driver, when she is fucking horrible and pays next to nothing on a newer more powerful car.
And don't bring up years of statistics to prove that guys were shitty drivers 30 fucking years ago.

I have good news. I just saved a bunch of money on my car insurance by switching to Geico.

Why don't you just prove the insurance companies right by smashing your car into a wall?
