Hey everyone,
We finally got our hands on a 16 channel mixer, recorded one song so far on it, still recorded onto a 4 track cassette, then onto computer. We are once again a three piece (the guitarist/singer is gone) but the band's quality has gone up. Give this track a listen and give me feedback.

ok mr. poorbusker, i listened to the link you posted...you have no opinion whatsoever. Anything you ever say should just be countered with a link to that shithole band you posted. The Electras are better than that band.

You guys fucking suck. I can't believe you took the time out of your lives to record this garbage. Is your guitar out of tune...or is it supposed to sound like that?? I love rock and roll, and to call yourselves "progressive" rock is a disgrace to the name of music. And yes, the drummer is shit.

o ok stabkill, i gotcha now. yeah our guitarist does the singing. one of the songs we do that has helped his singing/confidence a lot is a jazz version of Come Out and Play by The Offspring. It's a snazzy cover.

I see "guitar/singer" is there instead... So your guitarist does the lead vocals?
That's cool. Either way, I like the sound.

Yeah, your drummer sounds great. I'm just saying that if you lost a drummer, you can replace him with an electronic counterpart (music sequencers ROCK) while one looks for another drummer. A lead singer is more difficult to find. But then again, one that you don't get along with is good to lose.

It's not too bad we lost the singer/guitarist. Our first/current lead guitarist does singing, we just don't have the vocal track on it. Our drummer is very good, not sure what you're talking about. Yeah.

Pretty cool... The quality really sucks ass though!!! (Quality of the recording, not quality of music).
I let the whole thing played through even. Sounds like someone goofed up a few times on the guitar.
Too bad you lost your singer & guitarist.
A drummer can be replaced by a music sequencer (until you get a real drummer!!!). You could also add in some keyboards to fill out the music a little more.
Still, sounds great. Who the hell am I to judge anyways....But I still listened through the whole track a couple times. The change at the end is cool...But once again, god damn shitty quality. Sounding overmodulated too!!!
Please re-record this on your new gear. Digital technology rocks, eh? I'm planning on getting into digital video editing and filming. (music videos anyone?)

No swinging this time, Tony. This is some cool shit, you sound like that band "Explosions In The Sky".
