So it looks like the third weekend in sept.
Sep 17-19? (add a few days here or there if appropriate).
Herpes lives closer to the airport (or so he fuckin' says)... so he can pick people up. Or we can both pick people up (which will most likely be what happens).
There are a shit ton of cheap hotels around. My house is open for crashing, but I have a huge dog- so if you dislike dogs or hair- you won't want to stay.
