People of the world, or at least the five people reading this, it is true that Terror is on the run and the world is safe once again from that mad man Saddam (the new Hitler) Hussein and his unlimited stockpile of WMD. That global warming is indeed a myth (thank you republicans for keeping your cool and rational heads and not believing all that scientific mumbo jumbo) and that George (the hand of GOD) Bush is winning his lone and noble battle against Satan's forces, but please don't be lulled into a false sense of security just yet, for evil still dwells amongst us.
Hold on a minute, don't go running out and blow your lifesavings on duct tape just yet though, for you are not in this fight alone.
The politicians, corporations and elite of this world are here to protect you. We all must rally under the protective umbrella that they provide, only by pledging allegiance to a political party (and by association the elite and corporations that fund them) can we begin to turn the tide.
What is this evil ask? Well I'll tell you, it would appear that there are some people (I wont go as far as to call them terrorists, yet) who believe it is their right to point out things that they believe to be unjust or bullshit, that they have to the right to question the enlightened ideals of the those in power, that they should have some say in how their governments affect their lives.
I know, I know, your probably thinking I'm blowing things out of proportion, that every sane person knows that only the rich and powerful should have any real say in how the world is governed, that all good ideas come from the top and trickle down (like pissing on a homeless person form a 3rd story window), and that these lunatic dissenters cant possible exist, but they do exist, and there're probably cooking up some sinister scheme at this very moment.
But as I said earlier, you're not alone, as long as you keep your words, deeds and yes, even your very thoughts pure. As long as you provide unwavering loyalty to those in charge, never question authority and realize that only the elite have the vantage point necessary to really look after you and your interests, as long as you know your place you will be safe.
With your support (not that they really need it, really who's going to stop them) those in power will crush this treat, and bring order at last, and through order, real peace. I have provided some links, to ease your troubled mind and perhaps make you smile.
"PORTLAND, Oregon (Reuters) - An Oregon anti-terrorism bill would jail street-blocking protesters for at least 25 years in a thinly veiled effort to discourage anti-war demonstrations, critics say.
Police unions and minority groups also oppose the bill for fear it could have a chilling effect on relations between police and poor people, minorities, children and "vulnerable" populations.
Dubbed Senate Bill 742, it identifies a terrorist as a person who "plans or participates in an act that is intended, by at least one of its participants, to disrupt" business, transportation, schools, government, or free assembly."

"Rachel Corrie, a 23-year-old pro-Palestinian activist from Olympia, Washington, was demonstrating against house demolitions in Rafah, southern Gaza, when she was crushed to death in the slow advance of a mammoth IDF armor-plated bulldozer
On March 16, 2003, Rachel Corrie was carrying a bullhorn and wearing a fluorescent orange vest to make clear that she was an activist, as she climbed a mound of earth to bar the path of the immense Caterpillar D9 bulldozer.
The incident was witnessed by a number of Corrie's colleagues in the International Solidarity Movement, a pro-Palestinian group in which foreigners demonstrated alongside Palestinians.
They later said that the bulldozer driver could clearly see Corrie as he continued in her path, mortally injuring her. He then began backing up, dragging the huge blade for a second time over her body, one activist said. Their conclusion was straightforward: the killing was deliberate."

The words of Judge Douglas P. Woodlock reviewing the case on July 22, 2004, "I at first thought, before taking a view (of the protest zone), that the characterization of the space being like a concentration camp was litigation hyperbole," he said. "Now I believe it's an understatement."

+1 for an eloquent plea for the downtrodden and brutally misjudged upper echelon. Now let's all turn the other way and say the pledge of allegiance while Dick Cheney chainsaws some protestors. It ain't a crime if we pretend not to see it.
+1 for an outright kick-ass analogy.
In all, bravoski.

That chick in Palestine got what she deserved. Who would be dumb enough to go to an incredibly shitty country to try and stop a bulldozer? If you're going to risk your life trying to help people go to fucking Sudan. The Palestinians don't need our help, and they certainly don't need our money, sympathy, or support.

Stabkill, "Don't like living in an english colony? move to china" didn't sit well with the people that started the US, and the same attitude doesnt sit well with me, its a pathetic excuse to sit on your lazy ass and look like a good guy for doing it. Don't like it? Change it.

Change it to become more like France or Canada? I'd kill a bastard before I let them do that. And I mean it. If you want to preach your socialism that is fine, but the second some action is done on your behalf it will be me bombing your home to defend this nation.
Socialism sucks. This country was not founded on socialism, and if you want to change it...then I will kill you. Do you really doubt me? I'm willing to stand up for what I believe in at the cost of my life.
Canada is a decent country, and I'm not going to criticize their system. They were founded on a different system than the USA and that makes them unique. Should we become more like them because it "works"? No. #1 is because it doesn't mean it will work in the USA.
I have a problem with the United States trying to force countries to be "free" who could care less about it. I have a problem with the United States trying to make Canada toughen their drug laws. I have a problem with the USA getting involved in other countries business. But on that same note, I have a problem with people within the USA trying to make us like them.
We need to go back to real freedom and prosperity this nation had before the government stepped in and decided it would get involved in everything from automobile safety to federal hate crimes.
Do you understand what I'm saying? Let's talk cars for a second. Airbags. Are they good? Maybe. They save some lives, other times they manage to fuck people up or kill kids. So you have a handful of people who are living through an accident and the cost of every car has gone up exponentially. When do you determine that cars are inherently dangerous and that the burden of "safety" for people who are possibly drunk, or inattentive drivers has to be paid for by the rest of society? Could society be allowed to choose if they want to drive a car that is safe or not? Well, the government says no. And then people sue the manufacturers when something happens, too. And yet I can still buy a crotch rocket and go into Chicago traffic at rush hour (suicide). There are many double standards in American politics. (Like gambling is wrong and illegal... well, betting on football games because betting on the lottery is OK.)
America is going to hell, and it's not for the reasons you hear on the news. It's crumbling from within because this kind of shit is happening and nobody gives a fuck. Now you got bastards wanted to make America like some socialist heaven with taxing the shit out of people to support those who don't work. Is that fair? To a person who wants a free ride it is.
AMERICA WAS NOT FOUNDED ON THIS. The USA constitution doesn't provide for this shit. And what do we get? Fucking socialist assholes hiding as "liberal" democrats. Then on the other side, you have the conservative christians subjecting the population to their religious views by passing laws based on faith (anti-abortion, anti-stem-cell research, dry counties, etc).
I could care less for either of those groups, but with the conservatives at least people see that for what it is and they cannot seem to gain the control they had in years past.
So somethings need to be done to keep business from, say...cutting down every tree that stands in America for profit. Or strip-mining the entire west from Idaho to New Mexico.
It's called balance... But is there any balance anymore? It's just fighting between democrats and republicans and the ones in the middle....EVERYONE who is a citizen of America LOSES.
Honestly, fuck the rest of the world. Because the day we get out of their business will be the day many of these same places beg us to get back into it. Create new alliances based on mutual trust and understanding (which doesn't exist under republicans or democrats).
The UN is a whole other issue. But the UN is a joke.
Fucking socialists...I can't stand them. I hope democrats don't cry when I act like a sore loser like they have the last 4 years. I'll be sure to put my "Kerry: Not my president" bumper sticker on my car right after November. And a message to the democrat leadership: Shove it.
For those who live under the false believe that democrats will make this country great again, I feel sorry for you to have little understanding with so much hope in your brain. But feel free to blame Bush regardless for the next 20 years.

Don't like it? Move to Iran or the West Bank please.
Then report back in 2 years if your head is still attached to your neck.
prisonplanet = conspiracy theory website. a decent site, actually... for fun and they do have some nice tidbits of info that is good. They tend not to side with republicans or democrats either, which is nice. They hate them both and call it like it is. I listen to it's operator on mancow all the time. Sometimes he sounds intelligent, other times he sounds like a nutjob. I think mancow even states that when introducing the guy!
I just can't stand the typical so-called "liberal" democrat. They are all the same... Jew-hating, pro-palestinian, anti-corporate, anti-wealth, pro-welfare, pro-minority, anti-gun, pro-abortion (which I agree with, but just not the way they go about talking their trash...kerry took a mainstream stand on this issue I agreed with his statement but know better that he only did it for votes), socialist bastards.
Good thing Kerry can do? End corporate welfare.
Bad thing Kerry can do? Give corporate welfare to companies that supported HIS campaign.
People: Democrats and Republicans are one and the same.
I love the campaign Kerry is running though... "Hope is on the way...just don't ask me for specifics."
Pathetic.
