Seriously, thank GOD it's SPT.
I have a lot of SPT material.
my day: (enter: Blog)
Get up at 830. Get to the vet at 930 for xanders shots.
Take xander to the kennel.
Buy Pink Shoes.
Work from 1-9
Finish packing 9-10
Sleep (with sleep aids!) 10-330
Airport by 5
Boston by 930 (oh please Method, don't get lost in boston)
Drunk by 10

What's the point of this? None, it's SPT, bitches. Really, the point is that I have NO spare time today, really. Soooo WHY am I sitting at my computer, furriously chatting on AIM? I dunno. I'm a dork.

I went to a new vet today (the old vet is now an emergency only vet, and I had to find someone new). Within 4 minutes he offered me a job. Granted, I was wearing my Best Buy outfit. I said, "Well, I work now... so..."
"Where do you work?" He said, oblivious to the Bright Blue shirt and Yellow Nametag
"Best Buy". He offered to match the salary.
I told him my salary. He retracted his offer.
"How about part-time, 8 dollars an hour?"
"Okay"
So, I may (or may not) take up a part time job at the vets office.

I read all of chap. 17 last night... I like this work as much as I liked the first bit... I feel as if it has had a breath of fresh air blown into it.
As I told Shandy, the only part I really didn't like was the "not" at the end of one of the authors notes.
The love scene was fantastic, I think.
I can't wait to read the rest, but I'm in too much of a frenzy to focus... and I LOVE immersing myself in R and V, so I won't waste the precious reading on a day where Im a bit spazzy.

That is a bosai tree (sp?)
I took that pic at hidden lake gardens, here in Michigan... blew it up to 8x10 and gave it to leena. She said it looks pornographic.
I told her that it's not my problem that she has a tree fetish.
