Ok, this has nothing to do with rape. Well, the title, but thats about it. Im not condoning rape, or even offering my opinion on it, I just want to know one thing: what the hell happened to ubersite? Why has this become group therapy? I come to this site to read shit that makes me laugh, or interests me. Rape posts just depress me. Then there's always the obligatory "lets kill that guy" post. But why more than that? Why does everyone have to put up a post about how rape is bad? I was pretty aware of that before 300 people all put up a post about it. I was aware of it when the front page wasnt clogged with this stuff, and when i came here to read something to cheer me up.
Its not like you guys are really convincing anyone. Im pretty sure no one out there was sitting there thinking to themselves, "Maybe rape isnt such a bad thing... it may have its benefits... hey, a post about rape. Well I'll be! Rape is bad!"
Dont get me wrong, like I said, I dont support rape. It's a horrible thing. But I dont support massive amounts of rape posts either. This is a website chock full of talented writers. The point has been made, let it go. Write about something else.
Now if you're a victim of rape, I apologize. You may want to talk about it. You have the right to do so. But everyone else, I already knew your opinion before you said a word. You didnt have to write an essay on it.
I just had to get that out of my system.

I think that would be kinky, that's why there should be 2 definitions of rape, consentual and non-consentual. (I think if you look again you'll realize the topic was never "Hey dudes - do you think rape is A) Good or B) Bad? as you post impliles. It's a multi-faciated issue that raises a variety of interesting questions if one cares to get into it, but...admitedly it doesn't compare to fart humor or naked red heads, but I'm sure you can find that elsewhere.

Excactly, I come here because I like to laugh, then I see the site clogged with rape posts. So I say to myself "Self" I says, "mabye we could go to some older posts, maybe there is something funny." But to my surprise what is in the older posts? More depressing crap, I've always been pretty sure that rape wasn't a good thing, I don't need a fucking post to tell me that, make us laugh people, and like that guy said, if you have been raped you have the right to talk about it.

i agree koolmang, but i dont really think that consentual rape really qualifies as rape. Thats just dirty nasty rough sex with a little bit of rape thrown in to spice it up.
