Ahhhhh......
The beautiful abyss that is our nature bends down
Gently infusing us with the predetermined disposition to have mind and body as one
Mind can hear body but refuses to listen
Ignored and forgotten and with no drain for the damned build-up of emotion we call desire the body pleads to be heard
The pressure builds and the damn strengthens
The need seeks other avenues and is thwarted by the veil that our denial is
Mind refuses acceptance but excuses wear thin
Eventually the gravity condenses the inflated defenses and reason peeks around to see what's been there all along
Why is it that we are capable of blinding ourselves to what is?
Are our psyche's so delicate that they refuse to see something right in front of them to aviod collapse?
Has our top-of-the-food-chain arrogance also blinded us to how frail we truly are?
You will never succeed at anything until you have the strength to see what is...not what you want to see
