People of Übersite
Over the past few months I have spent a lot of time browsing through Übersite. One trend I have noticed is people posting on their opinions on politics. The biggest thing seems to be John Kerry vs. George Bush for president. Now before you run away screaming "Oh no not another one" let me tell you. This one is different then the others. This one is my idea for how we, the users of Über, can make our voices heard.
I propose we nominate our own candidate for president. I feel the people of Über would be better at running the country then these other people. A lot of the people here seem to be reasonably intelligent, and maybe would be up for the challenge. The question now is which user to we nominate for president. Do we try to get the laws changed first so age and nationally have nothing to do with it? Maybe instead of age we can go with how long you have been a member of Übersite. Also we may have to keep the citizen thing because I think it would be hard to get our candidate into office if they are British or something.
Who would be a good candidate for president you may ask. Well there is Bart, the one who has created the world, he could make an ÜberCountry. Or Jared, his foreign policy could be to take out the leader of another country to that little Indian place he likes so much, and then block them on AIM. What about Tom, sure he is young, but he did exploit a whole network of losers, so that says he has some of the creative abilities to run something, or at least keep it amusing. Lojope could run, but I just want her automatic +2 for using her name. Who wants to nominate Kristen, so the entire world could have a fetish for her.
Place your nominations today. Let's get a candidate we can all vote for. The Über Social Party is now formed. Beside if we can't get on the official ballot there is always a write in vote. Remember, The Future Is Über.

I pick Bart for his calm way of handling everything fairly.
