I don't know if anybody posted a link here. Just some facts about Michael Moore and his film.
By the way, why that asshole keeps calling his movie a "documentary"?? Isn't a documentary supposed to tell the truth?

If someone shows me evidence of Michael Moore NOT being an imbecile, please, give it too me, because I sure as hell haven't seen it. Fahrenheit 9/11 is propaganda, plain and simple. You are an idiot if you don't realize that it is all one sided. But that is the point. If Moore made it an actual, unbiased documentary, it would be both for and against bush. But the American press already does a hell of a good job with propaganda ON THE OTHER END that Moore's film just acts to balance part of the white liberal doctrine media out.

Moore is on Record as saying it really isn't a documentary but is a film designed to be controversial and to get people to think. Unfortunately there is not really a category that encomnpasses this.
Like Bowling for Columbine he does not actually give any answers; he wants to stir people up and get them thinking that there may be more sides to a story than what they are fed by the media.
To this end he has achieved his aims. DO I think that some of what he presented was emotive and shallow, some taken out of context and some bordering on complete fabrication? Yes I do.
However that is no different to what the politicians on both sides have been presenting as 'the truth' either.
At least Moore has added fuel to the fire and got people talking and thinking and perhaps he has even made the pollies stand up and take notice that they cannot just keep feeding us the endless streams of bullshit that we have been getting ever since 9/11. (now that was a big sentence)

I saw Farenheit 9/11 recently and I've got to say even though I don't agree much with what the Bush administration has done I was pissed off at Moore's movie. If someone has issue with Bush or those who work for him there is plenty of evidence to work with if someone wants to bother to do the research. That Moore hates Bush is evident enough, but he didn't bother to look much up nor did he need to get people riled up. People are right, in my opinion, to not call it a documentary and it's one of the reasons why every article on the matter finds it necessary to tack on a new prefix to 'documentary' in describing this film.
Before movies people like Moore were called pampleteers, and there wasn't an expectation of objectivity. They riled people up, that was what they did. If he pissed you off, for or against Bush, he's accomplished what he wanted to do.
I'd still like my $5 back though.

In my opinion, Moore has been a demestic terrorist. The thing that makes him successful is that most of the younger people in this country (I say younger since I am 33) in the age groups obetween 18-27 are to lazy to research the facts. They like to spew regurgitated crap that they here & like... so this in fact macts it fact. All horseshit to me. I can't believe that I was a democrate in my youth, however as a wise man once said...
