Take a fairly large pizza and place it on the floor. Persuade a few mates to play and have them stand around the pizza (works best with 4+ people). Each man then has to beat their meat furiously over the pizza in an attempt to be the first person to come. The last man to cream, or the one/s who don't cream, have to eat the once-appetising pizza.
Remember, the more people playing, the higher the pressure to win, and the more awful the punishment for failure.
