Today is not a good day.
My last day of my Summer Student position is on Friday and I ain't going back to University. This means in the downtime between now and when I leave to go teach english in Japan, I have to find a REAL job. These last 4 months I've basically been paid to sit and make sure the office toilet gets it's daily romps, so this comes as quite a blow as I'll probably be expected to actually work for my money. The realization of this came a while back, but the gravity of it seems to have chosen today to smack me in the face.
I know, I know. Most of you have had to make an honest dollar forever now and are going to condemn me as what's wrong with society and all that bullshit, but step back and take a second. Realize that I had a sweet-assed-cherry-poppin' gig and my easy street has now come to a dead end.
So this wasn't a complete waste of time for those that don't give 2 fucks, which more than likely will be the vast majority, here's GIF of what goes on inside my head 24-7.
