I've been noticing for the past while that these pop up ads aren't really going away, in fact their multiplying like, like humans. While writing this I have already gotten 3 pop ups. I would understand like a pop up every 3 minutes or something, but I get at least 7 pop ups every 3 minutes if I'm not doing anything and like at least 11 if I am. I know that my computer has a pretty bad case of "pop up syndrome" and all but I'm sure every computer gets pop ups. And now it's not just normal pop ups that say you're the 10,000th visitor, click here to claim your prize! It use to be like that like 6 months or a year or something ago and then it turned into those casino pop ups that when you closed them were like you have to click yes to whatever and they wouldn't let you leave without going to task manager and waiting like 3 pointless minutes for your computer to stop spazzing out. Yeah so then it was the whole pop ups that ask you to click yes or no like those downloading ones and when you click no another one pops up. And these don't just appear off of porno websites my friends, I get them everywhere, google, stupid.com, iamanidiot.com, crazyrussian.com, even denegnet.ru and that's not even American! Anyways, so now I'm starting to get pop ups that talk. Yeah so they play a mini clip that I don't know how they loaded so quickly, something like that takes like 30 minutes to load on this crappy ass computer, shitting shortcuts. And those pop up blockers don't do shit, yeah they get rid of some, but they don't get rid of the shitty ones that make your computer spazz out. The only thing that has ever really remotely worked was this thing called Ad Zapper that I accidentally got and now lost. And now you don't even need to be in internet explorer for them to pop up, you just have to be connected to the internet for them to pop up. Anyways, again, I'm sure I'm not the only one to get pop ups and I know they bother everyone and all, so like why are they multiplying? Eh? Eh? EH?!

I'm giving you a -1 because most of your post seems like one huge sentence, but I will also help you with your problem.
Enter the supernerd.
Most websites don't create a giant array of pop-ups--most merely produce one or two, except porn sites and warez sites, and a few other annoyingly over-advertised sites like CNN.com. What is producing your problem is likely what we call adware or spyware. This is software that downloads itself to your computer, tracks where you go on the Internet, collects idenitifiable, personal information about you and sends you ads based on where you go. If you're connected to the Net and not browsing, but you're getting pop-ups anyway, then you definitely have spyware.
Second thing, once you've determined that you have spyware, is to get a good spyware remover. I recommend SpyBot Search & Destroy 1.2 for simple and fast removal, and it also has advanced tools like editing your system start-up and process list to look for potential spyware that is starting up or running with Windows. For a larger array of spyware detection and deeper scanning, try Ad-Aware Personal SE. It doesn't have advanced functions but detects more and has weekly updates. To get these, simply go to http://www.download.com/ and search for "adaware" or "spybot" or you can download one of the featured spyware removers. It's up to you, really.
Thirdly, once you've ran the scanners and removed the spyware, it's time to get a pop-up blocker. The problem with pop-up blockers is some of them are spyware programs themselves. I've never tried the Yahoo toolbar or Google toolbar, though I've heard they work well and are fairly legitimate. AOL has a built-in pop-up blocker, and there are some commercial products available. Realize that though these will block most pop-ups, there are still some that bypass the blocker by opening a new instance of Internet Explorer or using some clever Javascripting. But this should get rid of 90% of pop-ups, especially if you've got spyware.
Fourth, make sure to keep spyware to a minimum. Spyware downloads with Kazaa Lite, Morpheus, and practically every other file-sharing program out there. If you leave these programs installed, they will reinstall the spyware every time you boot up. Ratchet up the security on Internet Explorer so fewer cookies install to your system, and click NO on security warnings that aren't from a legitimate company that you want.
Some common Spyware Programs:
BookedSpace
Alexis
BackWeb
WildTangent
SearchAsssistant
HTTPer
N-case
EZULA
EARN
GAIN
Gator
IGetNet
Dialer
Xupiter
There are literally thousands of different programs, and these are just a few I thought of off the top of my head. Sometimes, you have to scan the registry manually to remove spyware, but that's the nerd's job. These tips above might help you.
Exit the supernerd.
Now I will finish my doughnut.

Change to Mozilla Firefox, and never ses a pop up again.
