Firstly, sorry about the title - it seems to be the only way to get hits on this site anymore...
This post will almost definitely have mild unproper information, typos, and maybe a few things that noone will agree with. So please, before you give me a minus 2, read the WHOLE post, and understand that I am still quite young (15), and learning. And forgive my Australian spelling of words!
I'm not pro-life, but I am pro-choice. I don't give a DAMN about what any STUPID LEFT-WING OR RIGHT-WING political parties say;
I'm PRO-WHAT'S-BEST-FOR-ME-AND-MY-FUTURE-FAMILY
I know for a fact that abortions are wrong, but that has NOTHING to do with life. It has evrything to do with CHOICE.
I suppose I am pro-Choice after all; I don't give a damn if some woman has an abortion, it's between her, the father, the child, and God. However, the only real problems I have with abortions are as follows, and will be addressed accordingly;
1) They are done when the child is at (or around - give me a break!) 7 months into their gestation period, which means two months to go until birth. Now, what really pisses me off about this is you're taking out a potentially perfect child (it's about an 85% chance), when you could just wait another two months and get him or her adopted, and make another family happy. This is probably THE MOST irritating thing about abortion.
2) "I've noticed that everyone who is for abortion has already been born..." This is a statement made by a girl I know. The fact of the matter is that this statement is true (dah!). I think that EVERYONE should have a fair go at life, no matter what. All those that are for abortion, don't get me wrong - I'm not having a go at you, I'm just stating a fact as said by a close friend of mine.
3) Legalities. Most of you will have probably heard of Stem Cell research. This is where they get a human embryo and extract Stem Cells from it to do research. In effect, they are "Killing human life". I'm not arguing with that point (technically, it IS human life), but I was shocked and abhored to see that many people who are FOR abortion are AGAINST Stem Cell research. It's the same general principle, except in the case of abortion, the embryo is almost fully developed.
4) Abortion was not always what it is cracked up in the media as today. Back in the good old days, it didn't exist in large part, and the only incidences I can find for pre-1900 are just a discreet, yet hard and decisive, smack into the woman's gut with a rifle but, club, or other form of impact weapon. Now, we need all of these special clinics, sterilised equipment, etc. etc. etc.
Why can't people just stop bitching about how "clean" and "safe" it is, considering the fact that 100 years ago before antibiotics, it was still a safe practice (if not safer than what it is today!).
5) I don't know what all of you are thinking as you reach this part of my post - I don't want to!!! That's the last point I wish to make tonight; nobody is willing to be decisive. Everyone is beating around the bush, not making a proper argument, not thinking clearly on the subject - all I see is raw passion for or against. It doesn't matter if you are for or against, it just matters how far you are wiling to push your case, and whether or not it is done through the right channels, and in the right way.
P.S. This is not in retaliation in any way for anyone else's posts on the same topic.

Wow, you really posted some shit here. Let me take your post out piece by piece following your outline.
1) How about 1 month into the abortion? With contempropary technology, hell, 90% chance of a child right there. What makes a child MORE of of a child at 7 months rather than at 8 months?
2) You just contradicted yourself, whats your point here?
3) You obviously have no idea what Stem cell research is. They do not "kill life", but one of the sources of stem cells are aborted children. Please check your facts and then post again.
4) Do you think it is safe for a woman to be hit in the stomach with a blunt weapon, and then lose the embryo because of internal trauma? I doubt that half the women survived this kind of "abortion"
