Only one rant. Fair enough, it's new. You seem to rant about your daily life, uses the word "ass" too much and describing situations where we "Guess we had to be there" to acknowledge any interest.

The main problem is that the things you bring to the reader's attention are entirely unoriginal. Am I going to your site to see pictures that you've figured out how to save and upload to your own website? Super.
Basic navigation kinds of things:
* Bad layout with text oddly squished on right side of excessively large graphic
* Your updates should be linked. For example, the text "A new hateful rant! YAY! This one's about Ralph Nader and one of many reasons why I hate liberals." should like to the actual rant being described. As it is, I read this update then have to go find whatever the hell you're talking about.
* "Sorry about the lack of updates. I've been busy." Shut the fuck up. Nobody cares. Don't update your site to say there are no updates.
Finally, what's this fascination with the idea that because you don't make money from something, it has to be a crap effort? You obviously decided to spend some time on this, so why don't you spend the extra twenty minutes it would take to make it look nice?

Yes, I'm giving myself a negative rating. I deserve it. I realize the site's colors and layout are generally crappy, but you get what you pay for ($0.00). I apologize for that and the annoying popup. I just posted because I wanted some constructive criticim, which I have so far recieved.
I never really thought about it, but yeah, it definitely screams "Shitty Maddox Ripoff."
Though it wouldn't matter if I gave up on the site or not, I just keep going because it's a good time-waster.
Yes, it's my first site (which should somewhat explain the overall crapiness.)
About the rant page, there's more than one "rant". There just aren't any headings for them, because my server is shitty and won't let me make seperate headings (again, you get what you pay for.)
And finally, GO CARDS!

I've gotta say, Ubersite has seen its fair share of people showing them their websites. I'm going to take a guess and say 80% of those websites are rant-sites that are, in essence, Maddox-esque. All that aside, I'm rating your site on what I see, not the unoriginality of it.
The layout is WAY too big. I have to scroll left and right just to see the whole page. That is a problem. The colors are a bit annoying, I think. There doesn't seem to be too much to look at. The rant on your "rants" page (even though there is only one) is uninformed and not even funnily uninformed. It's just you talking about what you know nothing about. Obviously a vote for Nader is a vote for Nader, but it's the most simple thing to understand what people mean when they say "A vote for Nader is a vote for Bush."
Anyway, my honest suggestion to you is to give up the website. You probably won't get many hits because the internet at large has seen enough rant websites. The other main reason you won't get many hits is because there just isn't anything interesting on the site. Also people hate popups.
