After reading Sofa Queen's post (http://www.ubersite.com/m/42784) concerning her recent banning, I got to thinking what does it take to get banned from Ubersite?
It seems that writing racist, sexist and other such offensive propaganda won't get you banned, because I've read some posts on Uber that are easily the most hate-filled rants I've ever heard. Personally I think this is a good thing, because even though I don't agree with certain Uber users points of view, everyone should have freedom of speech.
It seems making threats won't get you banned either, because I'm sure we've all read countless reviews and posts with threats such as "I'll slit your throat while you sleep motherfucker!!!"
It all so seems that having multiple accounts doesn't necessarily constitute grounds for banning either, because we all know that several Uber users have multiple accounts. Although at the same time I think that Bart may have banned certain users in the past for having multiple accounts.
So what does it take? Only one person can really answer this. Bart, if you could put a review on this post outlining the conditions of banning I'm sure we'd all appreciate it.

ill tell you how to get banned...i was banned but got around the ban. Post a shitload of pointless posts in one day. That's all it took for me to get my ip banned, lol

Anyways, it's a lot better than "you do not tell anyone about Ubersite."

Method's comment gives a very good summary.
In short, the reason why there aren't any posted rules is because I'm not a lawyer and I don't pretend to have all the answers. If I make a list of things and I say "don't do these things", then one could infer that anything that wasn't on that list is ok. "Hey, you didn't explicitly say NOT to post pictures of naked donkeys!" Sure, I could say something like "this list subject to change without notice", but if I do that, why bother making a list at all?
Just have some basic courtesy. That doesn't mean you have to act like some kind of PC Stepford wife, but don't intentionally do things to fuck with the site or get anybody in trouble. This isn't a global right wing conspiracy, it's a fairly simple website with a bunch of perl scripts and a big database. It's governed by a handful of rules that are there to provide accurate information to you and everyone else here.
Yes, there are ways to circumvent those rules. However, just because you can do it doesn't mean you should. If you want to spend time fucking with a system, go fight the religious zealots in Iran or Kansas. Start a paper route. Go rally for free trade or against free trade or just go do something more productive with your life than pissing me off.
I believe very strongly in personal responsibility and accountability, but I'm pretty good at not holding undeserved grudges.

Dont get me wrong, Bart is very fair, what with all the people calling him a cocksucker and a fag and basically being fucking assholes to them, he doesn't ban them. If he really was a dick, there would be about 12 people on this site, with everyone else banned. He's very fair, and if he does ban you, it's usually temporary, and a quick email will get it resolved.

Very insightful Method. So it seems there really aren't any rules as to what constitutes a banable offence, it all comes down to Bart's whimsy.

Bart might not answer you, but I will.
If you do something that requires his attention, and he has to take time out of his day/night to fix, you're getting banned.
Basically, Ubersite was built to run on its own, without any outside intervention. Once you do something that causes Bart to intervene, you're on his radar, and you could quite possibly get banned. Insults, threats, and multiple accounts usually don't get banned unless you're spamming someone with all your accounts, or posting repeatedly with your numerous accounts. Also, posting really disgusting pictures like goatse or tubgirl, with no warning, will usually get you banned. I remember Koolmang's period girl got him banned as well.
Here are the reasons I have been banned in the past
1. I created a fake user named squatttail - take a look, you'll see why I was banned for that, I don't feel like explaining it.

2. I created a fake Bart Clifone user. I got banned.
3. I spammed someone's posts, repeatedly. I got banned.
4. I scrolled NUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUURRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR on the uberboard,
fucking up the formatting of the entire site. I got banned.
A) at the same time, I had changed my user name on the MVA to scroll as well, also fucking up
the formatting on the site.
So, basically, if you don't mess with the way Ubersite runs, and you don't ruin other peoples experience on Ubersite, then you won't get banned.
It's common sense really. If you're going to do something really stupid, you're doing it knowing that you might get banned. So don't do it.

Not only did I get banned for making a harmless joke about UberMadness, Sofa Queen got banned for doing nothing under Razor's name. Go under Razor's name and post about ubermadness, its a surefire way.
