My eyes flit from side to side nervously. As the man in front of me moves on, I step up to the counter. Attempting to appear as casual as possible, I order from the dispassionate high school girl in the bright yellow shirt.
Monarch: "Uh... hi. I'l take 3 soft tacos, please."
Unhappy Girl: "Yeah, that will be $1.57. You're number 257."
Phase One: Order Tacos. Complete.
Phase two is the difficult part. As yet another adolecent fast food worker brings my tacos to the counter, I steel myself inside. I must be strong.
Unhappy Guy: "Number 257?"
Monarch: "Thanks, that's me."
Freshly armed with my soft tacos, I move towards the condiment bins. The girl at the counter watches me carefully. Does she know something? Have I been caught? I know she must look toward the next customer eventually. I fiddle with the bag, as if rearranging my soft tacos. Finally she glances away. I am unobserved for a precious few moments.
Begin Phase Two: Steal Del Scorcho Sauce.
The second she turns away, I proceed to immediately pick up the entire bin of 'Del Scorcho' sauce and dump in into my bag. There is barely room for the sauce. I replace the bin quickly and close the bag as much as possible, hiding my loot inside. No one sees me.
Phase Three: Escape with the booty.
As I make my way towards the door, the girl at the counter stares at my full bag suspicously. I think she might know. No matter, I must get to the door. I just make it to the door when I hear the next customer behind me hail call the girl over.
Customer: "Excuse me miss, can you refill the hot sauce bin? It's empty."
Unhappy Girl: "But I just refilled it..."
I let the door swing shut behind me, and make a beeline to my car.

Ladies and Gentlemen: I have an addiction I would like to confess. I am addicted to Del Ramen. Yes, you heard me. Del Ramen.
Take one packet Maruchan Ramen. Cook and strain noodles. Add three packets Del Scorcho sauce (liberated from your local Del Taco fast food restaurant.) Mix. Enjoy!
I know what you all think: "How can this be an addiction?" Just trust me on this. Like all bachelor males, I have a deep understanding of the joy that is Ramen. But this is different. Very different. It's an addiction that consumes me. It is also an addiction that I consume. At least once a day.
In fact, I sit here writing this post on my lunch break at work with a bowl of steaming Del Ramen next to me. Between sentences, I occasionally take a health bite of my wonderful Del Ramen. This is truly a recipe that must be shared.
The only difficult part is obtaining the Del Scorcho sauce in bulk. It must be done as stealthily as possible. If you are seen taken such large quantities of Del Scorcho, they will take measures to prevent you from getting your supply. This cannot be allowed.
I recommend you all try this recipe as soon as is humanly possible.

There's nothing in the world better than local Ramen in little Ramen shops in Hakodate. Best Ramen I've ever had in my life. Those Hakodatians are famous for the stuff. God I miss Hakodate Ramen.
God i miss it.

Not only do I not have Del Scorcho hot sauce for my ramen today, I don't even have a Del Taco in my town. Taco Bell Fire Sauce can just die.
