Recently I had the joy of a one week conference at the beach. A week of no work, kids, wife and
getting paid to endure it all. In between ducking out of sessions, shmoozing the sales reps for
goodies and drinking sweet sweet beer, I got to watch television. Now to the question:
Do the nonAmericans out there have war documentaries on nightly?
I ask as there seemed to be hours of this stuff on American TV. World War 2, Korea, Vietnam
and of course Gulf War I are all relived here on a number of channels. This just got me wondering
how the rest of the world treats their military history.

People nickname the History Channel the "NAZI" channel because there are Nazi's on it everyday.

Yeah a few of the Sattelite/cable channels have wall to wall war documentries.
It is getting to the stage where I have seen most of the stock footage at some point or another!
Decent question though.

It depends. If you watch The Histoy Channel, thne basically you've got War Documentaries 24/7. If you watch Lifetime, not so much.
